本实用新型涉及一种热镀锌模拟设备中,炉内充氮驱氧及微压测氧装置。从充气管道1充入氮气,把平台3上下的由上、下石英玻璃管2、4构成的上、下腔室里的空气,通过排气管道5,排入大气,但排气管道5的进气口延伸到接近锌液面的位置。在排气管道5的出气口处,并联接有节流阀8和抽气泵6及微压测氧仪7。它没有门阀,结构紧凑,效果颇佳。

炉内充氮驱氧及微压测氧装置
本实用新型涉及一种在热镀锌模拟设备中,炉内充氮驱氧及微压测氧装置。属冶金领域。
国内外现有的热镀锌模拟设备中,都采用抽真空充保护气体的方法。在平台的中间位置,即在上、下二个石英玻璃管的接合面上设置一个门阀。上腔室抽真空,下腔室不抽。当上腔室抽到一定的真空度后,再充保护气体。因此,对门阀的密封性能要求很高。另外试样加热后,要到锌锅去镀锌,就要打开门阀,由于上腔室充满保护气体,下腔室里仍是空气,这时就会产生爆鸣声,不巧就会产生爆炸的危险。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种充氮气来驱赶炉内空气(主要是氧气)及微压测氧装置,它没有门阀。
本实用新型是这样实现的:把排气管道的排气进口延伸到接近锌液面的位置。从上面的充气管道充气口充氮气就比较容易地把炉内空气(主要是氧气)赶尽。再用微压测氧装置解决排气口压力较低的矛盾。炉内压力可通过调节进气口的充氮压力和排气管道中的节流阀来完成。
下面结合图1来详细说明本实用新型的具体结构及工作原理。
从上面的充气管道1的充气口充入氮气,把平台3上下的由上石英玻璃管2构成的上腔室里的空气和由下石英玻璃管4构成的下腔室里的空气,通过排气管道5,排入大气。但排气管道5的进气口延伸到接近锌液面的位置。在排气管道5的出气口处,并联接有节流阀8和抽气泵6及微压测氧仪7。上、下腔室里的压力可通过调节充气管道1的充氮压力和排气管道5的节流阀8来完成。一经充氮驱氧后,排气管道5中的压力很低,采用微压测氧装置,才可测量腔室里的含氧量。而微压测氧装置由抽气泵6和微氧测量仪7串接所构成。

1.一种炉内充氮驱氧及微压测氧装置其特征在于:
a.排气管道5的进气口延伸到接近锌液面的位置;
b.在排气管道5的出气口处,并联接有节流阀8和抽气泵6及微压测氧仪7。
