Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种具有新型阀杆定位结构的外装卡杆定位阀门。该阀门的阀杆定位结构是用定位卡子从阀盖上部的横向孔中装入,使定位卡子与阀杆颈部的环形槽相连接。而实现阀杆的轴向定位。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种阀门。
目前同类阀门中使用的阀杆定位机构，由于零件多，加上制造复杂，拆装不便，因此给制造、维修带来困难，如现有的暗杆闸阀。
本实用新型就是要提供一种具有零件少，制造简单，拆除方便的阀杆定位机构的阀门。
本实用新型的阀门由定位卡子、阀杆、阀瓣、阀盖、阀座、密封件组成。其特征在于：阀杆的定位卡子从阀盖外部插入，并与阀杆的环形槽相连接。
本实用新型实施例结合附图说明如下：
图1为外装卡杆定位阀门半剖示意图。
图2为外装卡子部位局部放大图。
如图所示：1为定位卡子，用来将阀杆3轴向定位于阀盖2上。2为阀盖，其上部设有安装定位卡子1的横向孔8,3为阀杆，其颈部有环形槽7,4为阀座，5为阀瓣，6为密封件。
外装卡杆定位阀门，其结构形式是，将定位卡子1装入阀盖2上部设置的横向孔8内，并与阀杆3颈部的环形槽7相连接，使阀杆3轴向定位于阀盖2上，使阀杆3工作旋转时，不产生轴向运动。这样阀杆3即可通过其螺纹驱动阀瓣5实现启闭。
如需拆下阀杆3，只要将定位卡子1从阀盖2上部的孔8中拔掉，阀杆3即可方便地从阀门中取出。
试用说明：外装卡杆定位阀门的优点是显而易见的，它为制造、拆装、维修带来了方便。

- 一种由定位卡子、阀杆、阀瓣、阀盖、阀体、密封件组成的具有新型阀杆定位结构的外装卡杆定位阀门，其特征在于：阀杆的定位卡子从阀盖外部插入，并与阀杆的环形槽相连接。
