本实用新型涉及一种锨头。其主体为弧形板状,在锨头的背面固设有相互交叉的筋条。本实用新型的强度高,抗弯折能力强,且经久耐用,使用寿命长。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种锨头。
现有的锨头均为薄板状，抗弯、折的强度显不足，在使用一段时间后，会在锨的中部出现裂纹或发生断裂现象。因此存在使用寿命较短之不足。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种抗弯折强度高，使用寿命长的锨头。
本实用新型的目的由下述技术方案实现：
本锨头的主体亦为弧形板状，其上有安装锨把的通孔1，在锨头的背面固设有相互交叉的筋条3。
由上述方案可见，通过在锨头背面布设筋条3，加强了锨头的强度，从而大大提高了锨头的抗弯折能力，延长了锨头的使用寿命。

以下结合附图和实施例进一步说明本实用新型。
图1～图3示意了一种谷场上作业用的锨头实施例。如图1所示，为增加本锨头与作物籽粒间的摩擦力，锨头的正面均布有凸起的纵向条纹2。如图2所示，锨头背面的筋条3纵横交叉。如图3所示，为能将贴地的物料铲尽及减小铲物料时的阻力，纵向筋条3a向锨头前沿延伸段的高度逐渐降低、且至近锨头前沿止端的高度为零，各横向筋条3a和纵向筋条3b在相交段的高度相同。本实用新型如用于谷场上作业用，其材料可为塑料或PVC等，锨头及其上的筋条3和凸起的纵向条纹2可由模具一同注塑成型。本实用新型如用于挖掘，锨头及其背面上筋条的材料则采用钢材，筋条可采用焊接手段附加于锨头背面上，锨头的正面则不设凸起的纵向条纹。

1、一种锨头，呈弧形板状，其上有安装锨把的通孔(1)，其特征在于锨头的背面固设有相互交叉的筋条(3)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的锨头，其特征在于锨头背面的筋条(3)纵横交叉，其纵向筋条(3a)向锨头前沿延伸段的高度逐渐降低、且至近锨头前沿止端的高度为零。各横向筋条(3a)和纵向筋条(3b)在相交段的高度相同。
3、根据权利要求1所述的锨头，其特征在于锨头的正面均布有凸起的纵向条纹(2)。
