本实用新型属于一种卷闸门导槽,在传统三面包围空心框材的结构上,采用挤压成型的框材,在其开放面处向内折弯形成一对相向导向台,导向台上开有燕尾槽,槽内镶嵌橡胶条,这样的结构,避免了闸片与导槽直接摩擦,碰撞,大大降低了电动卷闸门运行时的噪音。

一种卷闸门导槽
本实用新型涉及卷闸配件的领域,特别是一种闸片导槽。
卷闸门的主体是由多块两两相配套扣的闸片组成,利用闸片套扣连接可方便地将闸片卷绕或展开,实现闸门的启、闭。为使闸片的卷绕或展开畅顺,提高卷闸门的强度,一般在卷闸门的两边均装有导槽,闸片两边导入导槽内,使闸片可沿导槽作上、下直线运动,而不会偏移。但传统导槽的结构较简易,将半包围形的框材在开口处向内折弯成一半封闭的“凹”字结构,这样的结构一方面强度较差,另一方面闸片沿导槽运动时直接与导槽两边磨擦、碰撞,造成卷闸门、尤其是电动卷闸门打开或关闭时产生刺耳的金属磨擦声、撞击声,成为日常生活的一大噪音。
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种可减少与闸片碰撞、摩擦,闸片运行噪音小的卷闸门导槽。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样的:

本实用新型两导向台之间的空隙与卷闸门的闸片套扣配合,由于导向台上突出有橡胶条,电动卷闸门的闸片上下运动时只会与橡胶条接触、磨擦,从而避免了导向台直接与闸片碰撞、摩擦,大大减少了两者摩擦、碰撞产生的噪音;而且,橡胶条具有良好的减震性能,一定程度上降低闸片与闸片之间撞击产生的噪音,减少闸片的磨损;另一方面,框材采用挤压成型,刚性、强度均比传统导槽要好,不易变形。
综上所述,本卷闸门导槽是一种新颖、实用、富创意的卷闸配件。
