本实用新型涉及太阳能热水器的集热板,它为一扁盒,扁盒上下底通过连接件相连,上边设有上、下循环管接头,下部背面设有进出水管接头。本实用新型解决了已有管翼式集热板热传导环节多,热阻大的问题,而具有热效率高,结构简单,便于加工,造价低,抗冻性好等优点。

扁盒式集热板
本实用新型涉及太阳能热水器技术,尤其是太阳能热水器集热板的改进。
目前,太阳能热水器广泛使用管翼式集热板,是在铜管上焊接金属片而成。水的加热过程:金属片吸热后经铜管将热能传给水。缺点是结构复杂、热传导环节多,热阻大,效率低,而且在高寒地区使用,抗冻性差;另外,其加工工序多,造价高。
本实用新型的目的在于克服已有热水器的集热板因结构较复杂、热传导环节多导致热阻大,热效率低的缺陷,进而提供一种结构简单,热效率高,造价低的扁盒式集热板。
一种扁盒式集热板,集热板为一扁盒,扁盒上下底通过若干个连接件相连,在上下底之间形成换热空腔。扁盒上边设有上循环管接头和下循环管接头,下部背面设有进出水管接头。
上述所说的集热板,连接件为铆钉或螺栓,在铆钉式螺拴连接处的扁盒上下底之间可设有垫圈。
上述所说的集热板,扁盒上边对折,其余三边为咬口连接。
因本实用新型采用扁盒结构,其结构得到简化,加工工序减少,造价降低,集热板吸热后直接将热能传给水,热传导环节减少,热阻降低,热效率提高。加外,该集热板具有较好的膨胀性,冬季不易冻环,若本实用新型上边对折,其余三边咬口连接,可减少工序,降低造价。

参照图1~3,实施例1是由一板材上边对折其余三边咬口形成的扁盒2,扁盒上下底通过若干铆钉3相连,上下底之间形成换热空腔,扁盒上边设有上循环管接头1和下循环接头4,扁盒下部背面设有进出水管接头5。
参照图4,实施例2与实施例1的不同之处在扁盒2上下底采用带垫圈5的螺栓6相连。

1.一种扁盒式集热板,其特征在于集热板为一扁盒,扁盒上下底通过若干个连接件相连,扁盒上边设有上循环管接头和下循环管接头,下部背面设有进出水管接头。
2.如权利要求1所述的集热板,其特征在于连接件为铆钉或螺栓。
3.如权利要1、2所述的集热板,其特征在于扁盒上边对折,其余三边为咬口连接,在设有连接件处扁盒上下底之间设有座圈。
