一种电磁振动柱塞泵,具有铁芯1、线圈2、弹簧3,线圈2位于两个对称连接的E形铁芯的空隙之中,两个相对E形铁芯的主极之间具有间隙D,主极上开有通孔,弹簧3和柱塞式进水阀4依次排列于铁芯主极通孔内,出水阀5位于铁芯主极通孔的一端,铁芯主极通孔的两端面有进、出口接头6。在交变电流作用下,磁场力和弹簧使柱塞式进水阀阀体产生往复运动,而同时柱塞式进水阀和出水阀又共同对液体进行吸、排输送。本实用新型结构简单,制造容易,造价低,由于体积小重量轻,特别适用于低压小排量的移动作业。

电磁振动柱塞泵
本实用新型涉及使用电磁线圈的变容式泵。
到目前为止,柱塞泵的结构形式已有多种,如曲柄连杆式、偏心式、斜盘式、斜轴式,在斜盘式中,根据柱塞与斜盘的接触形式,又有点接触式及滑履式,根据斜轴的传动型式又有单铰式(单万向轴节式),双铰式(双万向轴节式)。上述诸种,其柱塞的驱动,皆为机械力。虽然具有动作可靠,排量稳定,技术成熟的优势,但是结构复杂,制造劳动量大,价格昂贵,在用于低压小排量时尤其不合算。
本实用新型之目的,是要提供一种电磁振动柱塞泵,利用电磁力,在简单的结构形式下,实现柱塞的往复运动,完成对液体的输送。
本实用新型具有铁芯1、线圈2、弹簧3,线圈2位于两个对称连接的E形铁芯的空隙之中,两个相对E形铁芯的主极之间具有间隙D,主极上开有通孔,弹簧3和柱塞式进水阀4依次排列于铁芯主极的通孔内,出水阀5位于铁芯主极通孔的一端,铁芯主极通孔的两端面有进、出口接头6。在交变电流的作用下,线圈和铁芯不断产生正、反方向的磁场力,在弹簧的谐振下,推动柱塞式进水阀阀体在铁芯主极的通孔中往复运动,而同时柱塞式进水阀又与出水阀共同对液体进行吸、排输送。
本实用新型结构简单,制造容易,造价低,由于体积可做得小,因而重量轻,特别适用于低压小排量的移动作业。

将线圈2置于两个对称连接的E形铁芯1的空隙之中,两个相对E形铁芯的主极之间具有间隙D,在铁芯1的主极上开通孔,弹簧3和柱塞式进水阀4依次排列于该通孔之内。出水阀5位于铁芯主极通孔的一端,铁芯主极通孔的两端面用螺钉压紧带密封圈的进、出口接头6。

1.一种电磁振动柱塞泵,具有铁芯1、线圈2、弹簧3,其特征在于,线圈2位于两个对称连接的E形铁芯的空隙之中,两个相对E形铁芯的主极之间具有间隙D,主极上开有通孔,弹簧3和柱塞式进水阀4依次排列于铁芯主极的通孔内,出水阀5位于铁芯主极通孔的一端,铁芯主极通孔的两端面具有进、出口接头6。
