一种钻井液振动筛筛网
本实用新型涉及一种钻井液振动筛筛网。
目前，钻井用的振动筛筛网是钻井液振动筛全粘合叠层筛网，它属于平面式筛网，这种筛网的主要缺点是：1、泥浆排量大时易跑浆，泥浆过滤效果差；2、粘土、岩屑、泥饼易糊死筛网，人工清理劳动强度大；3、筛网使用寿命短、钻井成本高。
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述技术的缺点，提供一种新型钻井液振动筛筛网。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：钻井液振动筛筛网由金属丝筛网、钢架衬板、加强筋组成，钢架衬板为网状结构，金属丝筛网和钢架衬板为波浪形，金属丝筛网粘合在钢架衬板上，在钢架衬板上至少设有两根加强筋。
本实用新型由于采用波浪式筛网，因而具有过滤面积大、泥浆过滤效果好，岩屑、泥饼不易积存，人工清理劳动强度低，筛网寿命长等优点。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述：
钻井液振动筛筛网由金属丝筛网1、钢架衬板2、加强筋3组成，金属丝筛网1和钢架衬板2为波浪形，钢架衬板2为网状结构，金属丝筛网1粘合在钢架衬板2上，为保证筛网的韧性，可根据钢架衬板2的大小，在钢架衬板2的背面加上2-5根加强筋3。波浪式筛网的波浪形状可以采用锯齿形、三角形、梯形，由于过滤面积增大，泥浆过滤效果明显改善，泥浆损耗量接近零，同时滤出的岩屑、泥饼顺凹槽(即波谷)自动流出，不需人工清砂，大大减轻了工人的劳动强度，也减少了对筛网的损坏，延长了筛网的使用寿命，降低了钻井成本。

1、一种钻井液振动筛筛网由金属丝筛网(1)、钢架衬板(2)、加强筋(3)组成，其特征在于：钢架衬板(2)为网状结构，金属丝筛网(1)和钢架衬板(2)为波浪形，金属丝筛网(1)粘合在钢架衬板(2)上，在钢架衬板(2)上至少设有两根加强筋(3)。
