Description
本实用新型涉及纺织器材技术领域，是一种专用于纺织业的复合胶圈。
申请人曾将在纺纱机上使用的胶圈做过改进，将原来的一面是凹凸面，改为内外面均为凹凸面的胶卷。它虽有许多优点，并成为目前纺纱机上唯一使用的胶圈。但是经过使用后发现，它同时也存在某些不足：它无法适合纺高支纱，纺纱效果较差，胶圈易老化，并受季节温度影响较大，使用寿命短，制作工艺比较复杂等。
本实用新型的目的是，提供一种复合胶圈，使其具有纺纱性能好、不受季节温度影响、使用寿命长、制作工艺简单、成本低等优点。
本实用新型的技术方案是，它有内层1，内层1的表面呈凹凸状。内层的平面复合加固层2，加固层2的表面复合牛皮外层3。牛皮外层3的表面是平面。

本实用新型将胶圈做成复合型，制作工艺简单、成本低，具有可纺高支纱的优点，同时还具有不易老化，使用寿命长，不受季节温度影响、纺纱质量高的优点。

1、复合胶圈，它有内层(1)，内层(1)的表面呈凹凸状，其特征在于：内层(1)的平面复合加固层(2)，加固层(2)的表面复合牛皮外层(3)。
2、按照权利要求1所述的复合胶圈，其特征在于：牛皮外层(3)的表面是平面。
