本实用新型是一种开叶式风轮机,由立轴1、叶片臂2、叶片轴3、叶片4等构成。工作时,总有一部分叶与风向相垂直,可较好地利用风能,其他叶片与风向相平行,阻力很小,是一种结构简单,而风力利用效率较高的风力机。

本实用新型是一种机械装置,即一种开叶式风轮机。
目前的风力机多为轴流式,工作效率较低,结构也比较复杂。
本实用新型的目的是研制一种结构简单,风力利用率较高的风力机。
技术方案:本风机也是由机架与风力转换装置组成,所不同的是其机架是一支立轴,立轴上伸出叶片臂,在叶片臂上,装有可转动的叶片,叶片平面与立轴相平行。
在每个叶片上,都有一支限位拉簧。
采用上述方案制成的开叶式风轮机,工作时,总有一部分叶片与风向垂直,而其他叶片则与风向相平行,阻力很小,因而风能利用率比较高。
下面结合附图介绍一种实施例:
图1是本实施例的主视图,图2是其俯视图。由图可见,这种风机是由立轴1、叶片襞2、叶片轴3、叶片4、限位簧5等组成。在立轴1上,伸出多支叶片臂2,叶片臂上,装有多支叶片轴3,叶片4装在叶片轴3上,并可绕叶片轴3转动,工作时,一部分叶片与风向垂直,而接受风力,其余的叶片则与风力方向平行,而不受力,这样,既可在旋转中不断变换叶片的角度进行工作。由于工作叶片垂直与风力,故风能利用率很高。为了防止叶片无规则地运动,每个叶片与叶片臂之间均设有一根拉簧。

1、一种开叶式风轮机,也是由机架和风力转换部件构成,其特征在于:所说的支架是一支立轴(1),其风力转换装置是在立轴上伸出的叶片臂(2),叶片臂上,装有可转动的叶片(4),叶片平面与立轴相平行。
2、根据权利要求1所述的开叶式风轮机,其特征在于:在每个叶片上,都有一支限位拉簧(5)。
