蓄光式发光汽车牌照
本实用新型涉及一种汽车牌照及交通标志、标牌。
传统的发光汽车牌照是由铝质基板、反光膜组成。其反光膜是被动反射式，用其涂于字体上，或用其涂于牌照底板非字体处，构成字体或牌照底板两种反光显示形式。上述利用反光膜构成的汽车牌照缺点是在无光线照射的时候，牌照字体不易识别。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种蓄光式发光汽车牌照。
本实用新型所述的蓄光式发光汽车牌照由汽车牌照基板1、反光膜2组成；其特征在于：在汽车牌照需要发光部位的反光膜2上涂复一层透明粘合剂，并在透明粘合剂层外侧粘有一层蓄光式发光粉3，在蓄光式发光粉3外有一层保护层4；由透明粘合剂、蓄光式发光粉3和保护层4构成固体发光涂层。
本实用新型所述的蓄光式汽车牌照白天可以吸收可见光、紫外线，夜里没有光线时把储存的光能以微光形式释放出来。本实用新型也可制成交通标志、标牌。具有结构简单，易于安装，适合大批量生产和防伪的要求。

本实用新型的实施例详叙如下：
实施例一：
首先在铝质基板1上压上一层白色反光膜2并在反光膜2上涂复蓝色成黑色遮光涂层，然后把复膜涂色后的基板夹入字模模具中，用油压机压制字型。压出带字型的字型板，用有机溶剂把凸出平面的字型部分上遮光涂层擦掉，在局部擦掉遮光涂层的反光膜2而上，印上一层透明粘合剂，植上发光粉3。植粉后的凸出面再复涂上透明保护层4，完成字发光牌照制造过程。
实施例二：
首先在铝质基板1上压上一层黄色反光膜2，并在反光膜2上涂复透明粘接剂，植上发光粉3。在植粉后的板片上复涂透明保护层4，放入字膜中，用油压机压制字型。压完字型的字型板在凸出的字而上压印黑色遮光涂层，印完黑色涂层后即完成底发光牌照制造过程。

  1. 一种蓄光式发光汽车牌照，由汽车牌照基板1、反光膜2组成，其特征在于：在汽车牌照的需要发光部位的反光膜2上涂复一层透明粘合剂，并在透明粘合剂层外侧粘有一层蓄光发光粉3，在蓄光式发光粉3外有一层保护层；由透明粘合剂、蓄光式发光粉3和保护层4构成固体发光涂层。
