远供光缆
本实用新型属光纤光缆技术领域,具体地说是一种远供光缆。
光缆作为光通信传输媒介,按缆芯结构可分为束管式光缆、层绞式光缆及骨架式光缆。上述三种结构光缆广泛应用邮电、广电、铁道、军网等系统。目前这三种结构光缆中没有导线设置,不能输电,解决不了某些地区因供电问题而发展光缆。
本实用新型的目的则是针对上述现有技术存在的问题,提供了一种在光缆中设置导线,具有输电功能的远供光缆。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下措施来达到:
一种远供光缆,包括层绞式缆芯,其特征是在缆芯外挤制一层聚乙烯外保护层8,其内平行设置输电导线5。
本实用新型相比现有技术具有如下优点:
1.缆芯为松套层绞式,加强芯置于光缆中心,当光缆受力时,光纤可在管中自由移动,使光缆在很大的温度范围内呈现极好的特性,同时也保证光纤具有优越的应变性能;
2.光缆中导线的配置,使之具有了输电功能,而且导线能够承受很大的电压,满足不同距离的输电需求,一般可用作直流或交流输电。同时,在一定程度上又提高了光缆的抗拉和抗侧压性能;
3.光缆工艺结构简单,光纤成缆后,即可一次成型;
4.光缆成本低,重量轻,适应了市场需求和竞争的需要。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述:
缆芯采用松套层绞式结构,由适当根数的松套管2及填充元件以一定的节距绞合在中心加强件1周围,外绕阻水包带7构成。松套管2内含有光纤3和阻水纤膏4,缆芯内充满阻水缆膏6。缆芯外挤制一层椭圆形聚乙烯外保护层8,在其长轴内平行设置输电导线5。

1.一种远供光缆,包括层绞式缆芯,其特征是在缆芯外挤制一层聚乙烯外保护层(8),其内平行设置输电导线(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的远供光缆,其特征是在缆芯外挤制一层椭圆聚乙烯保护外层(8),其长轴内平行设置输电导线(5)。
