Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种柱塞阀。该阀由阀体、上阀盖、阀杆、阀芯和手轮组成,其特征是,阀芯的纵截面为浅“U”型,阀芯下部的外侧设有凸缘,摩擦环和密封圈依次套设在阀芯上,阀芯通过阀芯压盖及螺栓设于阀杆的杆端。该阀结构设计合理,体积小,重量轻,其内的流阻小,启闭操作省力,维护方便。

一种柱塞阀
本实用新型涉及一种阀,确切地说是一种柱塞阀。
现有的阀种类很多,有轴向柱塞式增压注水泵,主要用于油田单井增压注水,该泵采用片式组合阀,泵头为单筒式结构,且左右三、三对称布置,但结构复杂,成本高;现有的柱塞阀,体积大且笨重,流体的流动阻力大,启闭操作费力,维修不方便。
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种体积小,重量轻、流体的流动阻力小,启闭操作省力,维护方便的柱塞阀。
实现上述目的的技术解决方案是这样的,一种柱塞阀,由阀体(6)阀杆(5)柱塞和手轮(1)组成,其特征在于:柱塞由纵截面为浅“U”型的阀芯(9)、阀芯压盖(7)、密封圈(8)和摩擦环(10)组成,阀芯(9)下部的外侧设有凸缘,摩擦环(10)和密封圈(8)依次套设在阀芯(9)上,阀芯(9)通过阀芯压盖(7)及螺栓设于阀杆(5)的杆端。
阀体(6)的阀座上设有与阀芯(9)相对应的凸缘(11)。
本实用新型的优点是:
一、由于阀芯采用了浅“U”型结构,减小了柱塞的轴向尺寸,并减轻了柱塞阀的体积重量,减小了其内流体的流动阻力。
二、由于改进了上阀盖的结构形状,不仅使柱塞阀的密封更可靠,且使启闭操作更省力。
三、该柱塞阀结构设计合理,使用方便,在工作时即可维护。

下面通过附图,结合实施例对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
由图1、图2可见,该柱塞阀由阀体6、上阀盖4、阀杆5、阀芯9和手轮1组成。阀芯9的纵截面为浅“U”型,阀芯9下部的外侧有一圈凸缘,不锈钢磨擦环10和软填料密封圈8依次套装在阀芯9上;阀芯压盖7固定装于阀体5的杆端,阀芯9通过螺栓装于阀芯压盖7上。阀体6的阀座上也有一圈与阀芯9相对应的凸缘11。
使用时,上拧手轮1,阀杆5带动阀芯9上移,阀门开启,阀内的流体沿管路流动;下拧手轮1,阀芯9下移,当不锈钢磨擦环10底面与阀座上的凸缘11接触后,压缩软填料密封圈8,使其沿径向将阀座密闭,使阀门关闭,阻隔住阀内流体从一端流向另一端。

1.一种柱塞阀,由阀体(6)、上阀盖(4)、阀杆(5)、柱塞和手轮(1)组成,其特征在于:
柱塞由纵截面为浅“U”型的阀芯(9)、阀芯压盖(7)、密封圈(8)和摩擦环(10)组成,阀芯(9)下部的外侧设有凸缘,摩檫环(10)和密封圈(8)依次套设在阀芯(9)上,阀芯(9)通过阀芯压盖(7)及螺栓设于阀杆(5)的杆端;
阀体(6)和阀座上设有与阀芯(9)相对应的凸缘(11)。
