Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种放空阀,它主要由阀体、 阀杆、阀芯、笼形阀座组成。其特点是笼形阀座的开 槽处同时也是节流处,从而把节流部位与密封部位分 开,阀芯与阀座采用硬、软双重密封,提高了阀门的密 封性又增长了密封寿命。可适用于油、气、水输送管 道和装置的放空,操作方便、经久耐用。

Description

本实用新型属于阀类,一种放空阀。
现有的阀类中,目前还没有专用的放空阀,在石油化工装置或管道上都采用一般的截止阀、针形阀或闸板阀来作放空阀。这些阀门在放空时的节流部位正好是阀芯或阀座的密封付,放空时节流压差大、流体速度高,流体中的固体颗粒夹杂物对密封付冲刷大,容易损坏密封付,往往经过几次放空后就无法密封,失去作用。为此在放空部位不得不再增加一个阀门,以使更换放空阀时确保系统的压力不致降低。但增加了管道工程的成本和复杂性。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种专用的放空阀,以解决上述石油、化工装置和管道中节流部位同密封付不分所产生的问题。
本实用新型的目的是用一种放空阀的设计方案来达到。它由阀体、阀杆、阀芯、笼形阀座等组成。其特征是阀门放空时的节流部位也是笼形阀座的开槽处;笼形阀座与阀芯密封付密封可以有下述四种实施形式:
1.阀芯与笼形阀座硬密封。2.阀芯与笼形阀座除硬密封外另加有O形密封圈的软密封。3.阀芯与笼形阀座有硬密封及软密封,阀杆采用油脂组合密封付。4.除上述密封结构外,阀杆与阀芯采用钢球滚珠联接。

图1为本实用新型结构示意图,也是实施例和摘要图。阀芯上装有压环、钢球及阀杆,阀杆与阀盖间装有上填料、中填料、下填料,为保证阀杆处密封,在阀盖上装有密封脂注油嘴,阀盖与笼形阀座及阀体1之间均采用O形密封圈密封。阀杆与螺套间采用螺纹联接,螺套安装在支架上,阀座下部装有二次密封用的O形密封圈。下面结合附图进一步说明工作原理。
1、关闭状态。阀芯处在图2的C位,阀芯的硬密封付斜面紧紧压在阀座的硬密封付斜面上,形成一道硬质密封;同时O形密封圈紧贴在阀芯的圆柱面上,形成第二道软质密封。
2、节流状态。阀芯处在图2的B位,由于刚放空时系统压力较高,放空管道内是常压,放空时的高速流体通过笼形阀座的开槽端部和阀芯大端圆柱面的节流小孔沿箭头方向排出,这时节流形成的高速流体仅冲刷磨损开槽端部和阀芯大端圆柱面,而不直接冲刷硬质和软质密封付。
3、全开状态。此时系统处于放空的中、后期,压力降低,阀门处于图2的A位全开状态,气流在阀门中阻力较小,缩短了放空时间,提高了放空效果。
本实用新型将节流部位与密封部位分开,阀芯与阀座采用硬、软双重密封,提高了阀门的密封性又增长了密封寿命,可适用于油、气、水输送管道及油气集输装置、气体处理装置、化工装置的放空和用作放空排污阀,操作方便、经久耐用。

Claims (2)

1、一种放空阀门,由阀体、阀杆、阀芯、笼形阀座组成,其特征在于阀门放空时的节流部位即是笼形阀座的开槽处,笼形阀座与阀芯密封付有软密封及硬密封。
2、根据权利要求1所述的放空阀,其特征还在于所说的笼形阀座与密封付密封可以有下述四种实施形式:
1).阀芯与笼形阀座硬密封;
2).阀芯与笼形阀座采用硬密封和O形密封圈软密封双重密封;
3).阀芯与笼形阀座软、硬双重密封,阀杆采用油脂组合密封付;
4).在上述密封结构外,阀杆与阀芯采用钢球滚珠联接。
