技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种流体控制阀门，特别涉及一种具有伸缩功能高压止回阀。
背景技术
止回阀属于一种自动阀门，其主要作用是防止介质倒流、防止泵及驱动电动机反转，以及容器介质的泄放，是流体控制工程的基本元件，广泛应用于流体管道中,传统的止回阀无论是旋启式止回阀（依重心旋转）与升降式止回阀（沿轴线移动）都存在一个共有的缺点，即关闭时间长，水的倒流速度快，不能有效防止水击现象和阀瓣撞击阀体的现象的发生，工作过程中不仅产生噪音，还影响阀瓣的使用寿命，由于管道安装后必然存在部分的麻丝、焊渣或生料带等异物颗粒，容易卡住止回阀密封处导致回流时密封性能失效，造成严重的泄漏现象，且现有的通用型止回阀无过滤功能，更容易引起泄漏，给用户带来严重的经济损失，因此有必须对上述进一步的改进，减少用户带来不必要的麻烦。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本实用新型提出一种结构设计新颖、具有伸缩过虑功能，又能缓慢关闭、能有效防止介质倒流从而防止水锤对泵及管线损害的具有伸缩功能高压止回阀。
为解决此技术问题，本实用新型采取以下方案：一种具有伸缩功能高压止回阀，包括阀体, 压盖及阀瓣，所述阀体沿轴向部分设有贯通介质的进水口与出水口,所述阀体内部设有可转动支架，所述支架一端设有阀瓣并通过螺栓固定，用于迅速关闭防止水倒流，所述阀体上方设有压盖，并通过螺栓锁紧，所述阀瓣与阀体之间设有密封圈，所述压盖与阀体之间设有密封垫，所述压盖上方还设有钩环，其特征在于：还包括伸缩过滤网、卡圈，所述阀体进水口处设有伸缩过滤网，其过滤网一端插入阀瓣，所述伸缩过滤网另一端与进水处设有固定卡圈，防止过滤网跑出。
通过采用前述技术方案，本实用新型的有益效果是：本新型具有伸缩功能高压止回阀，还包括伸缩过滤网、卡圈，所述阀体进水口处设有伸缩过滤网，其过滤网一端插入阀瓣，所述伸缩过滤网另一端与进水处设有固定卡圈，防止过滤网跑出，其进水端设计伸缩过滤网主要是更方便过滤管道内部的杂质或异物，防止异物卡住密封面，若将压盖拆卸更方便清洗过滤网，更容易延长密封性能及使用寿命，更不会发生泄漏现象，给用户带来极其方便，减少用户带来的损失。

参考图1至图2,本实用新型公开一种具有伸缩功能高压止回阀，包括阀体1, 压盖7及阀瓣5，所述阀体1沿轴向部分设有贯通介质的进水口11与出水口12,所述阀体1内部设有可转动支架13，所述支架13一端设有阀瓣5并通过螺栓51固定，用于迅速关闭防止水倒流，所述阀体1上方设有压盖7，并通过螺栓9锁紧，所述阀瓣5与阀体1之间设有密封圈4，所述压盖7与阀体1之间设有密封垫6，所述压盖7上方还设有钩环8，还包括伸缩过滤网3、卡圈2，所述阀体1进水口11处设有伸缩过滤网3，其过滤网3一端插入阀瓣5，所述伸缩过滤网3另一端与进水处设有固定卡圈2，防止过滤网跑出。
