排渣管道
本实用新型涉及一种管道,特别是输送粉状物质的输送管道。
火力发电厂每天排放出大量灰渣,这些灰渣用管道输送到灰渣堆放处,供进一步处理利用,现有排渣管道一般都采用20#钢管或铸铁钢管,这种输送管道存在易结垢,清垢工作复杂,结垢周期短的缺点。
本实用新型的目的就是提出了一种可延长结垢周期的排渣管道,该排渣管道的清垢工作工期短、效率高,安装方便。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的;管道内安有内衬管,内衬管与管道之间有密闭的空气夹层。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进一步描述。
如图1所示,内衬管3选择有一定弹性、膨涨率小、熔点略高的材料,如PVC料高压聚乙稀等。内衬管3插人管道1内,内衬管3的长度长于管道1的长度,将内衬管3的两头翻边贴在法兰盘2的盘面上使管道1与内衬管3之间形成密封空气夹层,这样还可以替代像胶密封垫。
该实用新型的排渣管道可延长结垢周期,且清垢工作工期短、效率高、安装方便。
