木铝结构双玻璃窗门
本实用新型涉及一种木铝结构双玻璃窗门。
现有传统木质窗门的窗扇上和门上只镶单层玻璃,如果需要装上双层玻璃,必须在窗框和门框的里外面安装上两个窗扇或门,即双框双玻璃,其优点是强度高,不变形,加工容易,缺点是浪费木材,易受风雨侵蚀,经过1~2年必须必须刷一次油漆,密封性差;而现有的铝合金窗门的结构也是双框双玻璃,其优点是密封性好,耐腐蚀好,缺点是强度差,浪费铝型材,隔冷隔热性能差。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种木铝结构单槽双玻璃窗和门,它集中木质门窗和铝合金门窗的优点,克服它们的缺点,具有强度高,不变形,耐腐蚀性好,密封好,隔冷性能好,节省材料等特点。
本实用新型是这样实现的:即在木质门、门框、窗框和窗扇的外面贴有一层铝合金贴面,也可贴有PVC贴面代替铝合金贴面,并在木质门和窗扇的单一槽里镶有两层玻璃,两层玻璃的间距为12~20mm,在两层玻璃中间的周边镶有相应宽度的框条将玻璃固定,在下边框条的上面开有通气孔,该框条内充填有干燥剂,用于吸收两层玻璃内的水份,用来防雾、防霜,防止水对木质的腐蚀。
本实用新型兼具有木质窗门和铝合金窗门的优点,它的强度大,刚性好,不变形,密封好,保温性好,耐腐蚀,不怕风雨侵蚀,减少维修费用,节省木材和铝合金型材,从里面看具有木材的自然美与室内木质家俱和谐、协调;从外面看又具有铝合金和PVC材料窗门的美观,适合于宾馆、公寓和家庭住宅使用。

本实用新型包括门框、窗框、门窗扇、镶在门和窗扇的玻璃,其特征在于:该木质门框,窗框1、门,窗扇2的外面贴有铝合金贴面或PVC贴面3,用于增强其密封性、保温性和耐风雨侵蚀性能,在该木质门、窗扇2的单一槽里镶有两层玻璃4,两层玻璃的间距为12~20mm,两层玻璃中间的周边镶有相应宽度的铝合金固定框条6,在下边的框条6内充填有干燥剂7,在下边框条6上面有通气孔,以便于干燥剂吸收两层玻璃内的水份,起到防潮湿、防雾、防霜冻和防腐蚀作用,在该窗扇的凹槽里镶有密封胶条5。

1.一种木铝结构双玻璃窗门包括门框、窗框、门、门扇,其特征在于:该木质门框,窗框(1)、门,窗扇(2)的外面有铝合金贴面(3)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的木铝结构双玻璃窗门,其特征在于:该木质门框,窗框(1)、门,窗扇(2)的外面也可贴有PVC贴面代替铝合金贴面。
3.按照权利要求1所述的木铝结构双玻璃窗门,其特征在于:在该木质门、窗扇(2)的单一槽里镶有两层玻璃(4),两层玻璃的间距为12~20mm,两层玻璃中间的周边镶有相应宽度的固定框条(6),在下边的框条(6)里充填有干燥剂(7)。
4.按照权利要求3所述的木铝结构双玻璃窗门,其特征在于:在下边的框条(6)上面有通气孔。
5.按照权利要求1所述的木铝结构双玻璃窗门,其特征在于:在门、窗扇(2)的凹槽里镶有密封胶条(5)。
