本实用新型属于一种灭火弹及其发射装置,灭火弹是由灭火部分和推进部分组成,灭火部分是在原来的基础上增设了爆炸芯,增加了干粉灭火剂,推进部分包括推进药室、推进药及药内的点火芯和导爆线;发射装置包括可调节角度的支架和点火器。具有射程远、灭火面积大、安全实用、操作灵活等特点。

Description

干粉灭火弹及其发射装置
本实用新型涉及一种灭火弹及其发射技术，是对现有灭火弹及发射方式的改进，主要用于山林灭火和高层建筑灭火。
目前市场上销售的灭火弹类似一种手榴弹，其药量少，一般在350g以下，灭火面积小，一般为2～5m2，该弹不能用器械发射，靠灭火人员用手投向火场，投掷距离近，可控范围小，特别是在山林的险要地带或高层建筑着火，灭火人员无法靠近火场，弹也无法投进火场，即使投入火场，因火势大，弹的威力小，效果也不明显，有时甚至是望火兴叹，白白烧掉大量物资，造成很大经济损失。同时因手投灭火弹，安全系数低，拉断引线后弹未投出去造成伤残的实例已有多起。
本实用新型的目的是研制一种灭火威力大、射程远，能对高、陡、险地带及高层建筑进行安全、高效灭火的干粉灭火弹及发射装置。
本实用新型干粉灭火弹，包括弹壳、弹壳内装的干粉灭火剂和雷管组成的灭火部分，其特征是：
(a)、灭火部分弹壳内的中央有圆柱状的爆炸药腔，包容在爆炸药腔的外部是干粉灭火剂腔，腔上部有封扣盖，雷管上端插入爆炸药腔内爆炸芯里，
(b)、在弹的灭火部分的下端安装了推进部分。
推进部分包括推进药室上盖和底座组成的推进药室，在室内的推进药中间放置点火芯，由点火芯引导爆线到推进药室外，雷管下端(引爆端)埋在推进药中。
干粉灭火弹的外径为φ50～150mm，长80～300mm。
本实用新型干粉灭火弹发射装置，由发射管、发射管内的弹托杆、发射管上的准星以及与发射管活动连结的支架组成，其特征是在发射管下部安装有由导线连结电池盒，点火按钮、安全开关和发射管口附近的插座组成的点火器；支架由可开合的两伸缩折叠式支腿和齿条、齿轮、手柄和角尺构成的俯仰角调节机构组成。
发射装置的发射管内径为φ50～150mm，长500～1500mm。
发射管上的支架可向前折叠，准星可向后折叠，使发射装置便于携带。准星可用瞄准镜代替。
本实用新型较现有灭火弹及发射方式有如下优点：
1、投弹方式，由手工投掷改为机械投掷，投掷距离远，控制火场的范围大，特别对那些高、陡、险等难于接近的部位，也可远距离投弹灭火，而且可避免了投掷过程中的伤残事故；支架高度可调，支架和准星可折叠，使用方便，操作灵活。
2、由于弹的发射方式发生了变化，所以弹的结构也发生了较大变化，是由灭火部分和推进部分组成，灭火部分增加了干粉灭火剂的药量，达300～1500g，增设了爆炸芯，因而提高了灭火威力，扩大了灭火面积；推进部分保证了应用器械发射，平时两部分分开保管，用时临时组装，加进雷管，具有保管方便、安全可靠等特点。

图中有封扣盖1，干粉灭火剂腔2，弹壳3，爆炸芯4，雷管5，推进药室上盖6，推进药7，点火芯8，导爆线9，推进药室底座10，发射管11，插座12，准星13，背带14，角尺15，伸缩折叠支架16，点火按钮17，肩托18，电池盒19，弹托杆20，齿条21，手柄22。
现举一实施例，并结合附图加以说明：
照上述设计方案，试制了一台发射装置及少量灭火弹，弹的外径φ50mm，长80mm，内装ABC干粉灭火剂350g，爆炸芯4用黑索金，推进药7主要是硝化棉板，雷管5为延时雷管；发射装置的发射管11内径φ51mm，长500mm，用6节1号电池点火。现结合附图说明灭火弹的装配及发射：灭火弹由灭火和推进两部分组成，为塑料弹壳，灭火部分有弹壳3，干粉灭火剂装在弹壳3的干粉灭火剂腔2内，关紧封口盖1后倒置，再将爆炸芯4装入弹壳3的心部；推进部分有推进药室，先把点火芯8装入推进药室座10内，其导爆线9留在药室外，然后再把推进药7装入推进药室内，上好推进药室上盖6，并把雷管5的引爆端插入推进药7内。使用时，将灭火部分的弹体和推进药室对接，雷管5上端插入爆炸芯4内，再用粘接物将两部分接口粘接即可。发射时，先安放好发射装置，摇动手柄22，调好发射角，将组装好的弹放入发射管11内，导爆线9与插座12对接，此时打开安全开关，按动按钮，点火芯8接通电源，引爆推进药，产生大量气体，将弹体推向目标，雷管5随弹一起运行，由于延时作用，弹体到达目标时才引爆爆炸芯4，将干粉灭火剂炸开，包围火焰，使燃料降温隔氧，不易燃烧，达到灭火目的，试用证明，本实用新型射程远，威力大，安全、实用。

Claims (5)

1、一种干粉灭火弹，包括弹壳(3)、弹壳(3)内装的干粉灭火剂和雷管(5)组成的灭火部分，其特征是：
(a)、灭火部分弹壳(3)内的中央有圆柱状的爆炸药腔，包容在爆炸药腔的外部是干粉灭火剂腔(2)，腔(2)上部有封扣盖(1)，雷管(5)上端插入爆炸药腔的爆炸芯(4)里；
(b)、在弹的灭火部分的下端安装了推进部分。
2、按照权利要求1所述的灭火弹，其特征是推进部分包括推进药室上盖(6)和底座(10)组成的推进药室，在室内的推进药(7)中间放置点火芯(8)，由点火芯(8)引导爆线(9)到推进药室外，雷管(5)下端埋在推进药(7)中。
3、按照权利要求1、2所述的灭火弹，其特征是弹的外径可为φ50～150mm，弹长可为80～300mm。
4、一种于粉灭火弹发射装置，由发射管(11)、发射管(11)内的弹托杆(20)、发射管(11)上的准星(13)以及与发射管(11)活动连结的支架(16)组成，其特征是在发射管(11)下部安装有由导线连结电池盒(19)、点火按钮(17)、安全开关和发射管(11)口附近的插座(12)组成点火器；支架(16)由可开合的两伸缩折叠式支腿和齿条(21)、齿轮、手柄(22)、角尺(15)构成的俯仰角调节机构组成。
5、按照权利要求4所述的发射装置，其特征是发射装的发射管(11)内径为φ50～150mm，管长500～1500mm。
