Abstract

一种PVC复合地板,其特征是:在PVC基板的底面有减振垫,在PVC基板的上表面经粘合剂粘接有外表层,在外表层的上方覆盖有漆膜层。PVC基板中带空心孔,外表面可选用木质材料或纺织布料。该实用新型能节约木材资源,降低成本;它不仅具有良好的质感和美观,而且能够防火、防潮、防腐蚀;在各种环境中使用不变形、经久耐用,安装方便,还可回收翻新,是当今建筑装饰中理想的防火材料。

PVC复合地板
本实用新型涉及一种地板，尤其是PVC复合地板。
目前，人们喜欢用木质地板作室内装饰材料，因为它富有天然的美感和弹性。但由于现有木质地板多选用质地坚硬、细腻木材制成，因而成本高，许多人承受不了。木质地板虽然好，但它美中不足的是使用易变形、易燃，防潮、防腐性能较差。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种PVC复合地板，它不仅具有高级木质地板的质感和美观，而且节约木材资源，防火、防潮、防腐性能良好。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：取用PVC防火材料作地板基层，在PVC基板的底面设置减振垫，在PVC基板的上表面经粘合剂粘接外表层，在外表层的上方覆盖漆膜层。
该实用新型的外表层可选用天然木质材料或纺织布料作外表层。在PVC基板中设置有空心孔。
采用上述方案，能节约木材资源，降低成本，它不仅具有良好的质感和美观，而且能够防火、防潮、防腐蚀。在各种环境中使用不变形、经久耐用，安装方便，还可回收翻新。
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进一步说明。
图1是本实用新型的整体结构图，也是本实用新型的一种实施例。
由图1可知：本实用新型由PVC基板1、粘合剂2、外表层3、漆膜层4、减振垫5组成。它们的连接关系是：在PVC基板1的底面有减振垫5，在PVC基板1的上表面经粘合剂2粘接有外表层3，在外表层3的上方覆盖有漆膜层4。本实用新型的PVC基板1中有空心孔6；外表层3选用天然木质材料。

Claims (3)

1、一种PVC复合地板，其特征在于在PVC基板(1)的底面有减振垫(5)，在PVC基板(1)的上表面经粘合剂(2)粘接有外表层(3)，在外表层(3)的上方覆盖有漆膜层(4)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的PVC复合地板，其特征在于PVC基板(1)中有空心孔(6)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的PVC复合地板，其特征在于外表层(3)为天然木质材料。
