本实用新型涉及一种用于服饰行业的弹性扣,特别是一种塑胶四合扣,包括面钉、珠子及弹弓,其特征是弹弓的扣眼内表面边沿设有间断式凸沿,这样弹弓扣眼凸沿即不会产生环形张力,使弹弓与珠子的扣合及拆开更加容易和合理,也不会因拆开四合扣而伤衣物。

塑胶四合扣
本实用新型涉及一种用于服饰行业的弹性扣，特别是一种塑胶四合扣。
现有的塑胶四合大量用在服饰等行业，最常见的即是童装及箱包上使用，其结构包括两粒面钉和相配合的珠子及弹弓，通过面钉将珠子和弹弓分别固定在服饰个体上，珠子的扣柱外表面边沿上设有凸环，而在弹弓扣眼内面边沿设有凸沿，扣柱的外径与扣眼的内径相同或略小，而靠扣柱凸环与扣眼凸沿相互扣接在一起。使用时将珠子扣柱对准弹弓扣眼后，并加压力即可。由于采用具有弹性的塑胶材料，在加压力时扣柱会相应变小，而扣眼又会变大，扣柱凸环进入扣眼凸沿内相互扣住，相反，也可用力将其拆开。该设计不足之处是珠子的凸环和弹弓的凸沿两体均采用环状结构，这样动作时，不但要克服材料的弹性力，而且还要克服环状结构的环形张力，故而该结构的塑胶四合扣在扣接及拆开时，需用较大的力，特别在拆开时，极易将塑胶四合扣的面钉脚拉断或将塑料四合扣拉离服饰。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种易扣，也易拆开的塑胶四合扣。
本实用新型的任务是这样完成的，由面钉、珠子及弹弓组成的塑胶四合扣，其特征是弹弓的扣眼内表面边沿设有间断式凸沿。这样弹弓扣眼凸沿即不会产生环形张力，使弹弓与珠子的扣合及拆开更加容易和合理。
本实用新型具有结构简单，使用更方便，也不会因拆开四合扣而伤衣物。

参照图1，塑胶四合扣由两面钉1及相互配合的珠子2和弹弓3组成，珠子2上设有扣柱4，在扣柱外表面边沿上设有凸环5，弹弓3上设有扣眼6，扣眼6内表面边沿设有间断式凸沿7。面钉、珠子及弹弓均由塑料注塑而成。
参照图2，在弹弓3的扣眼6内表面边沿设有间断式凸沿7，间断式凸沿个数为3至6个。

1、一种塑胶四合扣，包括面钉、相配合的珠子及弹弓，其特征是弹弓的扣眼内表面边沿设有间断式凸沿。
2、根据权利要求1所述的塑胶四合扣，其特征是间断式凸沿个数为3至6个。
