双稳态电磁阀
本实用新型属于管道阀门技术领域。
目前,在工业用水的自来水管道上使用的电磁阀,存在如下不足:当电磁阀处在开启状态时,需要不间断的供电,才能维持管道常通,浪费电源,并导致附属设备耗电量大,电磁线圈发热,使用寿命缩短。
本实用新型的目的是,提供一种改进型电磁阀,使其具有在工作状态下节省电源、并可延长线圈使用寿命的优点。
本实用新型的技术方案是:电磁阀有阀体1、阀体1内安装弹性膜片2,阀体1上端有阀盖5,阀盖5的上端安装铁芯7,铁芯7的外侧安装金属套8,金属套8的外侧安装线圈9,金属套8上端安装盖座12,在盖座12内安装磁体11。
由于本实用新型在金属套8上端安装了盖座12和磁体11的部件,磁体11将金属套8磁化,所以能使铁芯长时间维持上吸状态、避免了因断电铁芯下落的现象,具有可以使断电后,铁芯仍然处在上吸状态、使阀门处在常开位置,节省电源的优点。由于阀门工作时,不需要经常供电,因而,还具有可以延长线圈使用寿命的优点。

图中,1是阀体,阀体1内安装弹性膜片2,阀体1上端有阀盖5,阀盖5的上端安装铁芯7,铁芯7的外侧安装金属套8,金属套8的外侧安装线圈9,金属套8上端安装盖座12,在盖座12内安装磁体11。当本实用新型工作时,接通电源,铁芯7上吸,此时,磁体11将金属套8磁化,使铁芯7能够长时间维持上吸状态,这时,可将电源切断,铁芯7仍可处在上吸状态,使阀门处在长期开启状态,可节省电源。并不使线圈9发热。当需要关闭阀门时,将线圈9上的极性导线10反置,使铁芯7脱离被磁化的金属套8,铁芯7下落盖住排气口15,使上腔3压力升高,迫使膜片2下压,关闭水流通道,阀门关闭完成。图中:1是弹簧,4是固定螺丝,6是密封胶圈,14是盖板螺钉。
