本实用新型所述的用于颈椎定位的颈托具有颈围、下颌托和衬垫,其中颈围的下缘形成同胸部、肩部和背部接触的下仿形支撑曲线,下颌托固定在颈围上缘前端内侧位置,且下颌托的前端固定在从颈围上伸出的弹性臂上,颈围后端上缘也形成同后头颅接触的上仿形支撑曲线,这种颈托能全方位地将经牵引后的颈椎定位,且仿形支撑设计不仅支撑面积大,而且佩带舒适,此外,由于弹性颈围和弹性臂的作用,下颌托还具有牵引功能,从而强化治疗效果。

颈托
本实用新型涉及一种对颈椎疾病患者，尤其是颈椎骨折、脱位及颈椎术后患者实施颈椎固定支持的颈托。
对颈椎疾病患者实施颈椎固定是极其重要的，通常是采用颈托来对颈椎进行固定，公知的颈托实质上是一种高度同颈部高度相同的能将颈部包围并形成筒圈状的带状物，显然，这种颈托对颈部的前、后、左、右摆动限制不彻底，特别是尚未阻止颈部的转动，也就是说尚未达到将颈椎全方位固定的程度，此外，佩戴这种颈托，硬梆梆的，患者不舒服。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能对颈椎实施全方位定位，且佩戴比较舒服的颈托。
这种颈托具有下缘同胸部、肩部和背部接触并形成下仿形支撑曲线且用弹性材料制作的颈围，还具有以可拆卸的连接结构固定在颈围上缘前端内侧位置并将下颌承托的下颌托，且下颌托的前端固定在从颈围上伸出的弹性臂上，颈围上缘后端则同后头颅接触并形成上仿形支撑曲线，此外，颈围上设有调节颈围大小的柔性齿带扣。
上述颈托具有以下特点：首先是下颌托将下颌承托后，可有效地阻止头的转动和前俯，加上颈围已有效地阻止了头的左、右摆动和后仰，因此，本实用新型所述的颈托能对颈椎实施全方位定位；其次是颈托的上、下均形成仿形支撑，不仅支撑面积大，而且佩戴起来比较舒服；第三是弹性材料制作的颈围及颈围上的弹性臂对下颌托的作用，使该颈托对颈椎还具有牵引作用，从而强化了治疗效果。

如图所示，本实用新型所述的颈托具有下缘同胸部、肩部和背部接触并形成下仿形支撑曲线1且用弹性材料制作的颈围2，还具有以可拆卸连接结构固定在颈围2上缘前端内侧位置并将下颌承托的下颌托3，且后颌托3的前端固定在从颈围2上伸出的弹性臂4上，颈围2上缘后端则同后头颅接触并形成上仿形支撑曲线5，此外，颈围2上设有调节颈围2大小的柔性齿带扣6。为了增加佩戴的舒适感，还可以采用下述设计：一是在颈围2和下颌托3的内侧设置衬垫7和8，该衬垫7和8可采用既具弹性，又具透气性的泡沫塑料制作；二是在颈围2和下颌托3上设置透气孔9、10、11，增加透气性。衬垫7和8同颈围2和下颌托3之间也可采用可拆卸连接结构，最简单的可拆卸连接结构是附图中所表达的由内、外扣按合而成的按合扣12。将柔性齿带扣6和下颌托3上的按合扣12脱扣，上述颈托即可展开成片状，此状态便于存放。

1、一种用于颈椎定位的颈托，其特征是：具有下缘同胸部、肩部和背部接触并形成下仿形支撑曲线(1)且用弹性材料制作的颈围(2)，还具有以可拆卸连接结构固定在颈围(2)上缘前端内侧位置并将下颌承托的下颌托(3)，且下颌托(3)的前端固定在从颈围(2)上伸出的弹性臂(4)上，颈围(2)上缘后端则同后头颅接触并形成上仿形支撑曲线(5)，此外，颈围(2)上设有调节颈围(2)大小的柔性齿带扣(6)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的颈托，其特征是：颈围(2)和下颌托(3)的内侧设有衬垫(7、8)。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的颈托，其特征是：颈围(2)和下颌托(3)上设有透气孔(9、10、11)。
