本实用新型属于消防器材,尤其是涉及一种灭火飞雷。它由非金属材料壳体,壳体内分隔为化学药液室和干燥灭火粉室,在药液室之间设有隔板,在壳体的前端设有撞针,撞针前端套装有安全帽,在壳体的尾部安装有尾翼所构成。本实用新型结构简单,制造方便,其形状和大小可因需制造,能实施人投、器投、飞机投,使用方便灵活,灭火效率高。特别是对于远距离火灾、高建筑物火灾,森林大火有其独特的灭火威力。

Description

一种灭火飞雷
本实用新型属于消防器材,尤其是涉及一种灭火飞雷。
目前已有的灭火器材有干粉灭火器和泡沫灭火器,高压水龙头灭火系统等。干粉灭火器是以压缩二氧化碳气体喷出干粉进行窒息性降温灭火。泡沫灭火器是以化学反应产生二氧化碳气压喷射炮沫液进行窒息和降温灭火。这两种现有灭火器的缺点是喷嘴灭火有定向性,灭火范围小,只适应近距离灭火,威力不大。高压水龙头灭火虽然能进行较远距离灭火威力也较大,但灭火系统庞大,灵活性差。
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术各自的不足,实现在灭火现场上进行灵活机动,迅速高效及适应远距离灭火目的而提出了一种灭火飞雷。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:灭火飞雷是一种利用具有窒息、冷作用等作用的高压气体实施爆炸进行灭火原理。灭火飞雷它由非金属材料壳体(1),壳体(1)内分隔为化学药液室(2)和(3),干燥灭火粉室(4),在化沉药液室(2)与(3)之间设有隔板,在壳体(1)的前端设有撞针(7),撞针(7)前端套装有安全帽(6)所构成。该灭火飞雷的尾部可以安装有尾翼(5)。尾部也可以是定位沟槽(8)和胶垫(9)。壳体(1)的尾部也可以是装有发射药的带有底火(10)的后套筒(11)构成。壳体材料可选用特殊无爆炸危害性的非金属材料,如塑料等制成。在化学药液室(2)和(3)内装有两种能进行反应,受热分解或受热反应能产生使灭火飞雷爆炸的灭火性气体的化学物质或其它灭火物质。
本实用新型和已有技术相比,由于灭火飞雷具有窒息、降温、冲击三种灭火功能,又无需喷嘴是自我爆炸性灭火。所以,灭火飞雷具有灭火范围广,灭火性能好,效率高的特点。灭火飞雷又可以不拘形式根据需要制成各种不同尺寸形状和大小重量。可以实施人投、器投、飞机投。所以,灭火飞雷具有机动灵活,有利于组织群众性灭火和适应远距离灭火。特别是对高建筑物和森林大火的灭火特点。

以下结合附图所给出的实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细描述:
其壳体(1)由特轻型并具有一定强度的非金属材料制成,壳体(1)内设有化学药液室(2)和(3)、干燥灭火粉室(4),当撞针(7)端头受到外界冲撞时撞针尖端撞坏药液室(2)和(3)之间的隔板,两种化学物质即刻混合反应,放出大量具有窒息和冷作用等灭火作用的气体如二氧化碳气体,使壳体(1)内腔压力突然增大,在压力达到一定程度时壳体(1)破裂发生爆炸,高压二氧化碳气体干燥灭火粉喷撒四面八方。此刻,二氧化碳和于粉笼罩空中隔绝空气起到窒息性灭火作用。同时由于高压二氧化碳气体喷放时要吸收大量热量,所以又起到了冷却降温作用。另外,由于“灭火飞雷”爆炸时二氧化碳气体喷射速度急快形成冲击波对烈火进行猛烈冲击。所以灭火飞雷具有窒息,降温、冲击等三种灭火效力,灭火能力极大。由于该灭火器是以撞针引发爆炸灭火,所以可以制成各种不同尺寸形状和大小重量。小的可以人手投扔,大的可以使用器械投扔、飞机投扔。只要投扔时灭火飞雷头向下撞针与硬物相撞就能引爆(手投也可以先撞引发后再投)灭火。壳内气压和壳体(1)材料都可以根据需要合理选取,如:塑料等。选择时以爆炸时无破坏性为原则。尾翼(5)起导向作用,以便撞针(7)撞击。安全帽(6)起安全防护作用,不用时盖好以防撞针(7)外撞,用时打开。当然依据这种技术原理也可制成无撞针,受热即爆炸的灭火飞雷。

1、一种灭火飞雷。其特征在于它由非金属材料壳体(1),壳体(1)内分隔为化学药液室(2)和(3)。干燥灭火粉室(4),在化学药液室(2)与(3)之间设有隔板,在壳体(1)的前端设有撞针(7),撞针(7)前端套装有安全帽(6)所构成。
2、如权利要求所述的灭火飞雷,其特征在于在壳体(1)的尾部安装有尾翼(5)。
3、如权利要求1所述的灭火飞雷,其特征在于在壳体(1)的尾部也可以是定位沟槽(8)和胶垫(9)。
4、如权利要求1所述的灭火飞雷,其特征在于壳体(1)的尾部也可以是装有发射药的带有底火(10)的后套筒(11)构成。
