本实用新型公开了一种引丝接桥的紧凑型荧光节能灯灯管,由二个或二个以上中空相通的U形或π形或H形玻管串联而成,每一单元玻管内壁喷涂荧光粉,玻管内充汞气,玻管一端部设有带钨丝的芯柱,并以熔焊工艺封装固定,相邻单元玻管的接桥结构是在玻管的另一端由引丝熔焊封装固定,引出端互相铰接连接。本设计克服了原接桥结构的种种缺点,其接桥结构简单、易行、无需专用设备,从而降低销售成本,减少了灯管制造厂家和用户经济损失。

引丝接桥的紧凑型荧光节能灯灯管
本实用新型涉及紧凑型荧光节能灯灯管的引丝接桥结构。
紧凑型荧光节能灯灯管有U形或π形或H形玻管,为了提高输出功率,各玻管必须串联连接,即玻管熔焊沟通称为“接桥”,接桥时用火焰烧熔玻管,然后经开孔熔焊、冷却、凝结等工序,工艺复杂且质量难以保证,容易造成真空泄漏、灯管畸形、公差失控等等弊病,故废品率高,生产效率低,工夹具复杂,用户安装使用时接桥部分容易捏碎,增加损耗使销售成本提高,因此,如何改进接桥结构是十分必要的。
本实用新型的目的在于避免现有技术的缺陷而提供一种结构简化、工艺简单、成本低廉的引丝接桥的紧凑型荧光节能灯灯管。
本实用新型通过如下方案实现:由二个或二个以上中空相通的U形或π形或H形玻管串联而成,每一单元玻管内壁喷涂荧光粉,玻管内充汞气,玻管一端部设有带钨丝的芯柱,并以熔焊工艺封装固定,其特殊之处在于相邻单元玻管的接桥结构是在玻管另一端由引丝熔焊封装固定,引出端互相铰接连接。
本实用新型与公知技术相比,克服了原玻管接桥结构的种种缺点。使单元U形或π形或H形玻管的生产可以成为一个标准件,整灯厂只要作适当的排列组合即能生产出多种形状的灯具满足市场需要,其接桥结构简单、易行、无需专用设备,从而降低生产成本,且一个玻管损坏其余玻管仍然完好,减少用户经济损失。

如图1-3所示,引丝接桥的紧凑型荧光节能灯灯管由二个或二个以上中空相通的U形或π形或H形玻管(1)串联而成,每一单元玻管内壁喷涂稀土三基式荧光粉(2),玻管一端部设有带钨丝(7)的芯柱(6),以熔焊工艺封装固定,玻管内充汞气(4),相邻单元玻管的接桥结构是在玻管的另一端由引丝(3)熔焊封装固定,引出端互相铰接连接。
所述的引丝(3)是由熔焊封装固定的芯柱(6)上的灯丝引出端互相铰接连接,即以现有的不带钨丝的灯丝芯柱组件;也可以由熔焊封装固定的杜镁丝引出后互相铰接连接。
本实用新型通过排列组合可制成矩形双U,轮辐形四U、环形四U、轮辐形八U等等连接结构灯具,π形、H形玻管同样可排列组合成多种灯具。
灯管的制作工艺首先是玻管(1)落料,然后打弯制成U形管或π形管或H形管,并在管内喷涂荧光粉(2),接着是引丝(3)接桥熔焊封装,再进行灯丝芯柱(6)封焊,最后抽真空、充汞气(4)和排气管封焊。经引丝接桥后的玻管的四根灯丝引线分别接到电子镇流器(5)的电容和扼流电感上。

1.一种引丝接桥的紧凑型荧光节能灯灯管,由二个或二个以上中空相通的U形或π形或H形玻管(1)串联而成,每一单元玻管内壁喷涂荧光粉(2),玻管内充汞气(4),玻管一端部设有带钨丝(7)的芯柱(6),并以熔焊工艺封装固定,其特征在于相邻单元玻管的接桥结构是在玻管(1)的另一端由引丝(3)熔焊封装固定,引出端互相铰接连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的引丝接桥的紧凑型荧光节能灯灯管,其特征在于所述的引丝(3)是由熔焊封装固定的芯柱(6)上的灯丝引出端互相铰接连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的引丝接桥的紧凑型荧光节能灯灯管,其特征在于所述的引丝(3)是由熔焊封装固定的杜镁丝引出后互相铰接连接。
