Description

井口单作用减压助抽泵
本实用新型涉及一种井口单作用减压助抽泵,主要用于油田采油提高油产量之用。
在油田采油的井口内,埋设有中间的油管和外围的套管。在抽油过程中,油管内充满的是油,套管的下层也是油,但油面很低,原因是套管油层上面充满着来自油井内的有压气体,致使套管油面上不来,导致抽油泵抽取的油面较低,油产量较低。
迄今为止,尚无解决上述问题的现有技术。
本实用新型的目的在于填补本领域的空白而提供一种可提高套管内油面从而提高油产量的井口单作用减压助抽泵。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下措施来达到:
在抽油机游梁下铰接有连杆,连杆下铰接有柱塞,柱塞外有缸,缸下部连通有进气管和排气管,进气管上有进气阀,排气管上有排气阀,缸下方铰接有连杆,连杆下端铰接于抽油机支架上。

下面将结合实施例和附图对本实用新型作进一步详述:本实用新型的出发点是,将套管上段的气体抽出,使套管低油面的油液上升,抽油泵抽取的油面就可大大升高。
现有抽油机的主要结构和抽油机理如下:游梁1架支并铰接于支架2上,游梁前端有驴头3,驴头上有吊绳4向下伸入油井的油管内,游梁后端(图1所示左端)有连杆、曲柄、减速箱和电机(图上未表示出),连杆拉着游梁左端上下摇摆,驴头绕支架上铰接点作上下摆动,吊绳作上下升降以牵引抽油泵抽取井下石油。
本实用新型的结构如下:参见图1。在支架2和驴头3之间的游梁1下,铰接有连杆5,连杆5的下端铰接有柱塞6,柱塞的活塞环槽内装有活塞环7。柱塞外有缸8,缸内腔上端有导向套9。缸下部连通有进气管10和排气管11,进气管下端连通套管上部(图上未表示出),进气管上有进气阀12,排气管上有排气阀13。缸下方铰接有连杆14,连杆下端铰接于支架2上。使用时柱塞6随着游梁向上摆动而上升时,进气阀开启,排气阀关闭,将套管内气体吸入缸内。待柱塞随着游梁向下摆动而下降时,排气阀开启,进气阀关闭,将缸内气体排进地上管道。如此往复循环,套管内气体不断被抽出,套管内油面不断上升并一直保持高的油面,以达到保持油井的高产和稳产。
本实用新型具有下述优点:
可提高油田的采油量;不需另添全套装置,只需利用现有抽油机的动力、游梁和支架,增添少量零部件即可,因而投资省;效益高。

1、一种井口单作用减压助抽泵,包括进气阀和排气阀,其特征在于,在抽油机游梁下铰接有连杆,连杆下铰接有柱塞,柱塞外有缸,缸下部连通有进气管和排气管,进气管上有进气阀,排气管上有排气阀,缸下方铰接有连杆,连杆下端铰接于抽油机支架上。
