Abstract

桡骨下端加压钢板及螺钉属于外科器械技术领域。它解决了众多桡骨下端骨折病人在目前的治疗方法下功能恢复不完全的问题。钢板形状与桡骨下端的外形相吻合,钢板远端有2个并行螺丝孔,近端有2个加压螺丝孔,它的特征是对这类病人采用切开复位并利用本实用新型内固定的方法治疗,可以使病人的手腕关节功能恢复达到100%。

桡骨下端加压铜板及螺钉
本实用新型属于外科器械技术领域。
就申请人所知,目前外科手术专用于桡骨下端骨折内固定的加压钢板国内尚未见到。经检索,与本实用新型最接近的两份专利文献CN1060398A骨折内固定爪形钢板系列及CN2088416U骨端骨折内固定钢板不适于桡骨下端骨折手术的内固定之用。由于人体在跌倒在地的一刹那时间,有一种本能的行为一用手支撑身体,由于力的传导,致使桡骨下端(手腕部)发生骨折。申请人所在的二等甲级医院每年此类病例就有七百余例。对这种病例的治疗国内目前大都采用手法复位加前臂石膏固定。固定时间为一个月,拆石膏后,关节僵硬,功能恢复很困难,很痛苦。一部分病人往往留下一定的终生功能障碍。对这种病例国外及国内少数医院目前已采用切开复位加内固定手术,内固定后不用石膏外固定,术后第二天即可进行功能锻炼,一般预后状况较好。为此,申请人参考了《临床骨科学创伤分册》天津医院骨科编,《骨与关节创伤》过邦辅等编译,《骨科手术学》王桂生主编,《骨科荟萃96.1第一期》钱不凡主编等文献,自行设计了桡骨下端加压钢板及螺钉。
本实用新型的目的是使桡骨下端骨折病人施内固定术后腕关节的功能不留下任何障碍。
本实用新型是这样设计的:桡骨下端加压钢板及螺钉,其特征是钢板形状与桡骨下端的外形相吻合,可以包裹全部碎骨片;钢板远端有2个并行螺丝孔,近端有2个加压螺丝孔;远端的两个螺丝钉用松质骨型螺钉,近端的两个螺丝钉用皮质骨型螺钉。
远端的2个螺丝孔分别向内倾斜10°,配套的螺丝钉也分别向内倾斜10°
本实用新型的优点是,当病人实行切开复位并使用本实用新型内固定后,患者术后第二天即可进行腕关节的功能锻炼,最终使腕关节功能的恢复达到100%,不留下任何功能障碍。

1、2螺钉用松质骨型螺丝钉,4、5螺钉用皮质骨型螺丝钉。安装时螺丝钉的钉头必须全部埋于钢板内,不能有突起,这样就丝毫不妨碍伸肌腱的活动,有利于功能恢复。

Claims (2)

1.一种桡骨下端加压钢板及螺钉,其特征是钢板形状与桡骨下端的外形相吻合,可以包裹全部碎骨片:钢板远端有2个并行螺丝孔,近端有2个加压螺丝孔;远端的两个螺丝钉用松质骨型螺钉,近端的两个螺丝钉用皮质骨型螺钉。
2.按权利要求1所述的桡骨下端加压钢板及螺钉,其特征是远端的2个螺丝孔分别向内倾斜10°,配套的螺丝钉也分别向内倾斜10°。
