水中臭氧快速测定盒
本实用新型提供了一种水中臭氧含量的测定装置。
臭氧作为一种气体消杀剂,能够迅速、高效地杀死细菌和病毒,而且副作用极小。因而,近年来在矿泉水的消毒及其它用水的处理中获得了广泛应用。水中臭氧的加入量要以满足水处理的需要为原则,不能过量加入。因此,水中臭氧含量的测定就很有必要。目前,世界上测定水中臭氧含量的方法有碘量氧化滴定法、紫外分光光度仪测定法和电化学测定法等。其中采用碘量氧化滴定法测定时,处理过程慢,操作费时长,且在处理过程中容易因碘的还原、碘化物的氧化及水中臭氧的逸出而影响检测准确度。采用紫外分光光度仪测定时,需要配备价格昂贵的仪器,并购买专用的显色剂,检测成本高,对一般食品加工业者来说,不经济。采用电化学测定法测定时,检测结果受水质的影响很大而不准确。现在,国内绝大多数矿泉水生产厂家判断水中臭氧含量的方法是用鼻子嗅,精确性很差。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种水中臭氧快速测定盒,以准确、简便、快速、低成本地测定出水中臭氧的含量。
本实用新型是这样实现的,它有盒体和盒盖,盒体内有可以放置玻璃安瓿的支撑架,盒盖内有比色卡。
玻璃安瓿是透明的,其内装有指示剂。使用时,取出安瓿,取下其密封端,将待测的含有臭氧的水注入安瓿至刻度线,反应迅速完成,指示剂呈现黄色。将其色度与比色卡相对照,即可查出臭氧含量。这种测定盒,使用方便,可以快速地测定出臭氧的含量,检测成本低,检测结果准确。
下面结合附图说明本实用新型的结构。
图1是本实用新型结构的剖面图。图2是其打开后的示意图。
如附图所示,本实用新型之水中臭氧快速测定盒,有盒体(5)、盒盖(4),盒体(5)内有可以放置玻璃安瓿(1)的支撑架(3),盒盖内有比色卡(6)。
盒盖(4)内表面可以有遮光纸(2),以防止指示剂受光失效。
比色卡(6)为黄色,颜色逐渐加深。水中臭氧含量越多,指示剂颜色越深。在比色卡相应的含量段上标有表明含量的数字。其测定范围在0.02~0.50mg/l。

1、水中臭氧快速测定盒,其特征在于,它有盒体(5)、盒盖(4),盒体(5)内有可以放置玻璃安瓿(1)的支撑架(3),盒盖内有比色卡(6)。
2、如权利要求1所述的水中臭氧快速测定盒,其特征在于,所述的盒盖(4)内表面可以有遮光纸(2)。
