本实用新型涉及照明技术领域,特别是一种大功率紫外灯。
在化学分析、光学分析、病量分析,灭菌和光刻等技术领域,都要使用紫外光源,目前所使用的紫外光源多为辐射紫外短波的低压汞灯,它的壳体沿横向的截面为园形,壳体内腔的电子温度低,所以减少了紫外线的辐射频率;它的电极采用的是单螺旋、冷阴极,在它的表面上形成一定的负载,这些原因造成了低压汞灯辐射的紫外频率不理想,无法得到大功率的紫外光。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种工作特性和光谱频率稳定,辐射能量集中,能产生紫外短波的大功率紫外灯。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,它包括壳体、电极,其特征是壳体沿横向的截面为矩形,在壳体的内腔设置有隔板,在壳体的两端分别设置有带双螺旋灯丝的端管。
本实用新型由于采用了矩形截面和双螺旋电极,提高了腔体内部的电子温度,并选择了与之相匹配的表面负载进而稳定了光源和光谱频率的稳定状态,使辐射能量更加集中,提高了功率的输出。

如图1所示,该大功率紫外灯包括壳体1、电极2,隔板3,端管4,由玻璃材料制成的壳体1沿横向的截面为矩形,在壳体1的内腔设置有隔板3,由于隔板3的设置相当于加长了电子在两个电极2之间的距离,设置在端管4内的电极2为双螺旋灯丝状。
