本实用新型涉及一种改进的矿用安全帽上的照明灯所用的蓄电池。
矿用安全帽灯蓄电池已进行了多方面的改进,本人于1995年1月15日申请的专利技术“矿用安全帽灯蓄电池”,专利号为95233118.7,就属较理想的一种,但是在实践中发现仍然存在一些不足,诸如,其负极板栅是横条少、竖条多的铸造板栅结构,重量大,成本高,导电均衡性差;其正极板部位也需作进一步的改进。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种改进的矿用安全帽灯蓄电池,其重量轻、成本低、导电性能好、使用安全可靠。
本实用新型的目的可以由以下方案来实现:
所述的矿用安全帽灯蓄电池,包括蓄电池槽、正负极板、电解质、隔板、储液器、出气阀、电池盖,其负极板为铅合金拉网结构,拉网上附有加强筋。铅合金拉网结构导电均匀,且结构轻巧,重量轻,成本低,其强度由加强筋承受。
所述的矿用安全帽灯蓄电池,其正极板上端部套有塑料套,正极板外套管与塑料套相套接。塑料套管的增设,增强了正极板与其外套管间的密封性,又增加了正极板与负极板间的绝缘强度,进一步杜绝了蓄电池内部短路的可能性,同时,塑料套的出现,减少了铅的用量,以塑代铅,既减轻电池重量,又降低蓄电池的制造成本。
所述的矿用安全帽灯蓄电池,其电解质中加入硅粉。电解质中,通过硅溶胶、硅粉和酸液(磷酸或硫酸)的作用,导电、电解性能更好。

图中:1蓄电池槽、2负极板、3超细PP隔离板、4聚丙烯棉隔板、5正极板外套管、6正极板栅、7储液器、8密封出气阀、9电池塑料盖、10负极柱、11注液螺塞、12电池上盖、13塑料套。
如图1所示,负极柱10与负极板2相连,正极板栅6装在正极板外套管5内,隔离板由超细PP隔离板3和聚丙烯棉隔板4迭合而成,电池的上部设有储液器7和密封出气阀8,上面盖有电池塑料上盖9,整个电池由电池上盖12和蓄电池槽1密闭封装。注液螺塞11固定在电池外壳的上部。
如图2所示,正极板2的上端部套有塑料套13,正极板外套管5与塑料套13相套接。
本实用新型重量轻、成本低、导电性能好、使用安全可靠。

1、一种改进的矿用安全帽灯蓄电池,包括蓄电池槽、正负极板、电解质、隔板、储液器、出气阀、电池盖,其特征在于负极板为铅合金拉网结构,拉网上附有加强筋。
2、根据权利要求1所述的蓄电池,其特征在于正极板上端部套有塑料套,正极板外套管与塑料套相套接。
3、根据权利要求1所述的蓄电池,其特征在于电解质中加入硅粉。
