本实用新型公开了一种预制装配式球壳顶盖矮圆仓,在仓柱间的仓壁装有仓门或仓窗,球壳顶盖由预制的“梯”形曲面板拼装构成,曲面板的四周板肋伸出“L”形连接筋,曲面板的肋间有连接埋件,相邻的曲面板通过连接埋件连为一体,曲面板肋间中缝配筋后再现浇混凝土连接固定,带有散积粮进粮孔的内环梁固定在球壳体的顶部,具有成本低、施工方便、仓容大的特点,圆仓最大直径可达100m,既能储散积粮,又能储袋积粮或其它物品。

预制装配式球壳顶盖矮圆仓
本实用新型涉及一种粮仓，尤其是一种预制装配式球壳顶盖矮圆仓，属于粮库储粮装置。
目前，粮库储粮用的圆形粮仓通常为砖圆仓或立筒库，其直径一般都在10米左右，功能单一，只能储散积粮不能储袋积粮，更不能存放其它物品，当粮库仓储不足时只好空仓，浪费了仓库，使人们感到不便。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种预制装配式球壳顶盖矮圆仓，不仅仓容大，施工方便，而且既能储散积粮，又能储袋积粮，当仓储不足时还能储存其它物品。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：装配式球壳顶盖矮圆仓由仓基、仓壁、外环梁构成，在仓壁上均匀布有仓柱，仓柱间装有仓门或仓窗，球壳顶盖由预制的“梯”形曲面板拼装构成，曲面板的四周板肋伸出“L”形连接筋，曲面板的肋间有连接埋件，相邻的曲面板通过连接埋件连为一体，曲面板的肋间中缝配筋后再现浇混凝土连接固定，使曲面板连接成球壳形顶盖，带有散积粮进粮孔的内环梁固定在球壳体的顶部。
本实用新型具有成本低、施工方便、直径跨度大的特点，最大直径可达100米，既可从中心进粮孔进粮满仓散装，又能由仓门进出粮，还可分储不同水份、品种的袋积粮和散积粮或其它物品。
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进一步详细说明。
图1是本实用新型的具体结构示意图。
在图1中，矮圆仓直径40m，檐高8m，容积12500m2；仓基(12)为环形基础，仑壁(11)用钢筋水泥浇制成钢筋砼筒体，砼仓壁(11)厚250或300mm，在仓壁(11)上还有四个均匀分布的仓门(8)，仓壁(11)上还装有仓窗；外环梁(9)500×1000mm与仓壁(11)同浇一体；球壳顶盖由预制的“梯”形曲面板(1、2、3、4和5)拼装构成，在“梯”形曲面板(1、2、3、4和5)的四周板肋上每隔200mm伸出一个“L”形连接筋，曲面板(1、2、3、4和5)的板肋上还埋设有连接钢板；曲面板(1、2、3和4)均为32块，其径向长(曲)分别为2750mm、2750mm、5500mm和5500mm，环向长(曲)分别为3935/3581mm、3581/3186mm、3186/2735/2287mm和2287/1795/1281mm，曲面板(5)菜16块，径向长(曲)5350mm，环向长(曲)2562/1507/491mm；曲面板(1)与外环梁(9)定位后通过曲面板四个角及肋间处的连接埋件与外环梁埋件焊接，然后曲面板(1)的肋与外环梁(9)之间配筋后再现浇混凝土连接固定；曲面板(2、3、4和5)依次采用同样的方法定位、焊接，然后肋间配筋现浇混凝土固定；最后现浇中心带有进粮孔(6)的内环梁(7)使矮圆仓顶盖形成一个球壳顶盖整体。
使用时，可从球壳顶盖的内环梁(7)的进粮孔(6)进储整仓散积粮，也可从仓门(8)进或出散积粮和袋积粮，既具有圆形粮仓的全部特点也可做为普通房式仓使用。

1、一种由仓基、仓壁、外环梁构成的球壳顶盖矮圆仓，其特征是：在仓壁上均匀布有仓柱，仓柱间装有仓门或仓窗，球壳顶盖由预制的“梯”形曲面板拼装构成，曲面板的四周板肋伸出“L”形连接筋，曲面板的肋间有连接埋件，相邻的曲面板通过连接埋件连接固定为一体，曲面板肋间中缝配筋后再现浇混凝土连接，带有散积粮进粮孔的内环梁固定在球壳盖的顶部。
