一种造纸行业卷纸用的高强度塑料纸芯;解决了现有的纸芯由于是用普通的纸板加胶制成,易受潮变形;由于其强度低,用其卷纸时,受其压力作用易使整个纸卷变形;印刷时易出现印刷质量不合格现象,从而造成大量优质的印刷纸浪费的问题;其特征在于,在挤出拉伸成型的塑料纸芯的外表层上,在其轴向均匀布置有防滑槽;塑料纸芯不受季节变化的影响,使用寿命长。

高强度塑料纸芯
本实用新型为一种造纸行业卷纸用的部件，特别涉及一种高强度塑料纸芯。
现有的纸芯由于是用普通的纸板加胶制成，易受潮变形；由于其强度低，用其卷纸时，受其压力作用易使整个纸卷变形；印刷时易出现转纸的中心轴穿不过去或中心轴穿入后转动不平稳，出现颤动，导致印字不清、重影等印刷质量不合格现象，从而造成大量优质的印刷纸浪费。
本实用新型的目的在于，解决现有所存在的问题；提供一种可重复使用的高强度塑料纸芯。
本实用新型发明是这样实现的：采用塑料物料挤出拉伸成形的塑料纸芯的外表层上，在其轴向均匀布置有防滑槽。
本实用新型的优点在于，采用塑料物料挤压拉伸成形的塑料纸芯；可重复使用，降低成本；使用寿命长；塑料纸芯强度高，防潮，不易变形，印刷质量好；从而提高了纸的利用率；并且塑料纸芯不受季节变化的影响，夏季温度高时不软化；冬季温度低时不脆化；在其表层上布置有防滑槽，卷纸方便。
