本实用新型涉及一种灯罩。
目前市场出售的几种室外灯罩中,普遍存在对光能利用效率低的问题,这主要是灯罩所用的材料和其结构不合理造成的,使其不能将光源发出的光有效地折射出来,造成灯具发光效率低。比如现在室外常用的金属灯罩是在金属壳体表面涂一层烧结的瓷和用铝板或钢板压制成型的封闭结构的盘型灯具、碗型灯具这两大类,它们对光源的能量反射效果都不理想,一般在30%左右。另外由于在灯罩制作中的抛光和镀涂,使灯罩的经济成本提高,使整个灯具价格偏高,不易推广使用。
本实用新型的目的是提出一种提高光能利用率,将光源发出的光更有效的折射出来的灯罩。同时,制造成本低,易于推广使用。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,采用浮法玻璃材料,并将其用模具制成由阶梯组成的敞开式几何形。图1中1为光源,2为灯罩。
将本实用新型安装在灯具上,可将百分之九十的光源反射出来,反射率在80%。同时制造成本低,易于推广。

实施例:本实用新型截面敞口直径为240毫米,长度为350毫米,外面安装一层金属保护防水壳体,选用功率为100W或175W的金属卤化物灯或钠灯,采用本实用新型的灯具反射率比现有的可提高一倍多,这样就可以将原来使用的光源瓦数减少一半,而照明的亮度却可提高一倍。
