本实用新型涉及一种输送带。它通过在骨架材料层工作面上设置不同的覆盖胶层,来缩短工作区与非工作区的使用寿命差,从而延长整条输送带的使用寿命。

本实用新型涉及一种输送带。
输送带的强力型骨架材料层的工作面分为两部分，一部分是直接与输送物料接触的部分为工作区，另一部分则为非工作区。为了保护骨架材料层，现有的骨架材料层的工作面的工作区与非工作区均设有同种覆盖胶层，然而在输送带长期使用过程中，工作区的覆盖胶层明显被磨损，不能保护骨架材料引起骨架材料损坏；非工作区的覆盖胶层无磨损，其下面的骨架材料仍保持完好，但是这样的输送带也得报废，继而造成了输送带使用寿命短，材料浪费。
基于上述情况，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种使用寿命长、成本低的输送带。
本实用新型是这样实现的：一种输送带，它包括骨架材料层，以及骨架材料层上的覆盖胶层组成，其特征在于：所述的覆盖胶层由两种覆盖胶层组成，这两种覆盖胶层分别并列设在骨架材料层的工作面上。
这种结构的输送带，根据其工作面与输送物料接触情况不同的工作区与非工作区设置不同的覆盖胶层，相对缩短了工作区与非工作区的使用寿命差，延长了整条输送带的使用寿命，从而降低了输送带成本。
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述。

参见图1：一种输送带，它包括骨架材料层1，以及骨架材料层1上的覆盖胶层组成，其特征在于所述的覆盖胶层由两种覆盖胶层2、3组成，这两种覆盖胶层2、3分别并列设置在骨架材料层1的工作面4上，一种覆盖胶层3位于工作面4的工作区内，另一种覆盖胶层2位于工作面4的非工作区内。其中覆盖胶层3可以是三元乙丙胶层，也可以是氯化丁基胶层，它们的耐热性能较好，覆盖胶层2为耐热性能一般的丁苯胶层。
参见图2，为了进一步降低成本，骨架材料层1工作面4的工作区上部分设置三元乙丙胶层或氯化丁基胶层3，工作区下部分与非工作区均设置丁苯胶层2。
参见图3，为了提高输送带的强度，可在骨架材料层1工作面4的工作区的覆盖胶层3内设置骨架材料5，如布层。

Claims (4)

1.一种输送带，它包括骨架材料层(1)，以及骨架材料层(1)上设置的覆盖胶层组成，其特征在于：所述覆盖胶层由两种覆盖胶层(2、3)组成，这两种覆盖胶层(2、3)分别并列设在骨架材料层(1)的工作面(4)上。
2.如权利要求所述的输送带，其特征在于：所述覆盖胶层中覆盖胶层(3)设置在工作面(4)的工作区内，它可以是三元乙丙胶层，也可以是氯化丁基胶层；覆盖胶层(2)设置在工作面(4)的非工作区内，它可以是丁苯胶层。
3.如权利要求2所述的输送带，其特征在于覆盖胶层(3)内可设有骨架材料(5)。
4.如权利要求3所述的输送带，其特征在于：所述骨架材料(5)指布层。
