Abstract

一种新型乳房假体。本实用新型的乳房假体由许多包容有填充物的小囊体堆积而成,为加强完整性还可在小囊体外设有大囊体。本实用新型由于将传统整体式乳房假体化整为零,变成小单元囊体堆积式结构,具有植入手术操作方便、切口小、改变假体大小方便易行等特点,可降低囊体破裂给人体带来的危害。有较好的推广使用价值。

Description

一种新型乳房假体
本实用新型涉及一种乳房假体，属于隆胸医用材料的改进。
现有的乳房假体均为整体囊体结构，植入手术操作难度大，切口大，如术后因并发症发生乳房缩小现象，则需再次手术将原乳房假体取出，换上合适假体，假体取出难度大，手术复杂，给手术者造成较大痛苦，且手术费用昂贵。另外，假体植入人体后一旦发生破裂，囊体内填充物会逐渐全部溢出，不但造成隆胸失效、乳房外表变形，还会给人体带来危害。
本实用新型目的在于提供一种植入手术操作方便、切口小、改变假体大小方便易行、且可降低囊体破裂给人体造成的危害的新型乳房假体。
本实用新型如图1所示，由若干堆积在一起的且内包容有填充物的小囊体(1)组成。本实用新型在做植入手术时，首先在乳腺后剥离一空间，然后将小囊体(1)逐个填入，直到填满乳腺后空间，缝合切口即可。由于有乳腺后腔体起到包容作用，填入乳腺后空间内的小囊体(1)堆积起来形成乳房假体，与整体式假体一样起到隆胸的作用。
上述小囊体(1)内填充物为生理盐水、油类、硅凝胶或其他填充物，均做成封闭式结构。小囊体可做成单层囊或2～3层多层囊结构。
下面结合附图详细说明一实例。
如图1所示，本例由许多堆积在一起的小囊体(1)组成，其内填充物为硅胶，小囊体(1)外设置有包容所有小囊体(1)的大囊体(2)，大囊体(2)前部有开口，开口处设置有封盖(3)。手术时先将中空的大囊体(2)置入乳腺后空腔内，然后将小囊体(1)逐个填入大囊体(2)内，填满后用封盖(3)将大囊体(2)粘接密封。

1、一种新型乳房假体，其特征在于由若干堆积在一起的且内包容有填充物的小囊体(1)组成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的乳房假体，其特征在于上述若干小囊体(1)外设有大囊体(2)，该大囊体(2)设置有供小囊体(1)填入的开口，开口处设有封盖(3)。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的乳房假体，其特征在于上述小囊体(1)内填充物为生理盐水、油类、硅凝胶或其他填充物。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的乳房假体，其特征在于上述小囊体(1)及大囊体(2)为2～3层多层囊结构。
