Abstract

一种自动开闭风动水泵包括压力风进风管、阀门、风轮、排风管、水泵体、轴承、水轮、笼头罩等部件,其特征是自动开闭机构的浮子通过连杆与支杆相连接,支杆一端与先导阀相接触,先导阀体固定在阀体上,在阀体腔内装有弹簧、阀芯;在水轮与骨架油封之间装有胶垫、环氧板、压力弹簧、水封构成机械密封装置,该风动水泵具有自动开闭功能,节省人力,而且密封效果好,使用寿命长等优点。

Description

自动开闭风动水泵
本实用新型涉及一种自动开闭风动水泵,主要用于矿山尤其是煤矿井下污水排放,也可用于有风动力源的隧道排水使用。
现在矿山井下所使用的风动水泵包括压力风进风管、控制风量的阀门、风轮、排风管、水泵体、轴承、水轮、胶垫密封垫、笼头罩排水管等部件,其缺点是由于缺少自动开闭机构,需要设置专人看管,浪费人力,而且是采用普通胶垫密封,胶垫使用一定时间后容易老化,密封效果差,致使设备容易损坏。
本实用新  型的目的是提供一种自动开闭风动水泵,可大大节省人力,而且具有密封效果好,使用寿命长等优点。
本实用新型是对现有风动水泵的改进,其结构如图1所示,它包括进风管1、阀门2、风轮9、排风管19、水泵体12、轴承31、笼头罩18等部件;其中在压力风进风管1上装有控制风量的阀门2,进风管1通过接管4接在阀体6上,在阀体下部装有连接帽杆,通过螺栓把喷咀7和风轮9、压盖10和连接帽杆固定在一起,风轮9用键8锁定在轴5上,在风轮两端分别装有轴承31及骨架油封11,在轴5的另一端通过键装有水轮16,在水轮与骨架油封之间装有胶垫13、环氧板14、压力弹簧15、水封30构成机械密封装置(见图3),阀体6放置于泵体罩3内,风轮9与水轮16装在水泵体12内,泵体罩与水泵体12以及其中间的风轮压板29用螺栓螺母连接在一起,水泵体的另一端与水轮压盖17用螺栓连接,在水轮压盖外面装有笼头罩18,靠螺栓与水泵体12相连接;它的自动开闭机构的(见图2)浮子28与连杆27相连,连杆通过叉嘴25,叉口销26与支杆24相连,支杆一端与先导阀23接触,并控制先导阀开和关,先导阀体21用螺钉固定在阀体6上,在阀体腔内装有弹簧22、阀芯20,先导阀23通过弹簧22控制阀芯20在阀体腔内作往复运动,从而实现对进风管开闭的自动控制。
本实用新型与现有风动水泵比较其优点是:由于安装了自动开闭机构实现了进风管开闭的自动控制,不需设置专人看管,大大节省人力,由于将胶垫密封改为机械密封装置密封,提高密封效果,延长了泵的使用寿命,降低维修费用,并降低噪音和改善工作环境。

下面结合图1图对该风动泵的工作原理及实施加以说明:压力风从进风管1经阀门2进入先导阀体21内,由先导阀23控制阀芯20的开闭,使喷嘴7喷射高压风,驱动风轮9转动带动轴5转动,轴带动水轮16由笼头罩18吸入水,从排水管排出污水,另外废气从排风管19排出;如图2所示浮子28检测水位,检测结果由支杆24传递给先导阀23,控制先导阀23的开闭,控制风压P1的压强大小,从而控制阀芯20的开闭,也就控制排风口的喷嘴7的风压P2,从而实现风动水泵的自动开闭。

Claims (3)

1.一种自动开闭风动水泵,它的压力进风管(1)的上部装有控制风量的阀门(2),该进风管(1)通过接管(4)接在阀体(6)上,阀体(6)的下部装有连接帽杆,通过螺栓把喷嘴(7)和风轮(9)、压盖(10)固定在一起,风轮(9)用键(8)锁定在轴(5)上,在风轮两端分别装配有轴承(31)及骨架油封(11),在轴的另一端通过键装有水轮(16),阀体(6)放置于泵体罩(3)内,风轮(9)与水轮(16)装在水泵体(12)内,泵体罩(3)与水泵体(12)及其中间的风轮压板(29)用螺栓螺母连接在一起,水泵体的另一端与水轮压盖(17)用螺栓连接,在水轮压盖(17)外面装有笼头罩(18),用螺栓与水泵体(12)相连接,其特征在于自动开闭机构浮子(28)与连杆(27)相连,连杆(27)与支杆(24)相连,支杆一端与先导阀(23)相接触,先导阀体(21)用螺钉固定在阀体(6)上,在阀体(6)腔内装有弹簧(22)、阀芯(20)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的自动开闭风动泵,其特征在于:在水轮(16)与骨架油封(11)之间装有胶垫(13)、环氧板(14)、压力弹簧(15)、水封(30)构成机械密封装置。
3.按照权利要求1所述的自动开闭风动泵,其特征在于:连杆(27)通过叉嘴(25),叉口销(26)与支杆(24)相连接。
