Abstract

一种调节阀主体的节流环,用于高温高压调节阀,其特征整体由多块节流块合成,拆装方便,每块节流环中心设阀芯孔正反两面对称各设凹面,凹面中心两端设流道槽分别至阀芯孔和节流环边缘,使用时不分流向,一旦出现杂质塞住某处出口流道,不会影响其他流道,并能自行修整流量大小。

高温高压调节阀内节流环
本实用新型涉及阀门领域,具体说属于调节阀中的节流环。
目前在调节阀领域中的节流环,采用多块节环组成一体,不能相互拆装,当用户流量不能满足要求时和流量曲线不理想时,在原有的节流环上无法修整,只能将整个节流环更换,同时使用时不能装错流向,否则无流量,另外一旦塞住流孔,会影响其他流孔的流量甚至没有流量现象出现。
本实用新型目的提供一种当使用时装错流量方向同样能使用,不分流向,一旦出现杂质塞住某处出口流道,不会影响其他流道,同时可将每块节流环拆装,可现场修整流量大小,结构简单的高温高压调节阀内节流环。
为完成上述目的所采用的技术方案,节流环整体由多块节流环通过定位孔由圆柱销固定,每块节流环中心设阀芯孔,正反两面对称各两凹面,凸面中心两端设流道槽分别至阀芯孔和节流环的边缘,节流环四周设定位孔。
本实用新型结构简单,节流环由多块节流环通过销钉固定,拆装方便,流量要求有变化时,可自行修整流量大小以及更理想的流量曲线,同时当使用者装错流量方向仍有流量,不影响使用,另外出现杂质塞住一出口流道,仍可正常使用,不影响其他流道。

根据图1和图2所示,节流环整体由多块单片节流环3通过定位孔5由不锈钢圆柱销固定,其中每单块节流环中心设阀芯孔4,每块节流环3的正、反两面对称名设置凹面2,凹面中心两端设流道槽1,各流道槽1分别通至阀芯孔4和节流环3的边缘,节流环3四周设定位孔5,该孔用于将单片节流环的组合,并能拆装方便之状点。

1、一种由单片节流环、流道槽组成的高温高压调节阀内节流环,其特征在于整体由多块节流(3)通过定位孔(5)由圆柱销固定,每块节流环中心设阀芯孔(4),正反两面对称各设凹面(2),凹面中心两端设流道槽(1)分别至阀芯孔(4)和节流环(3)的边缘,节流环四周设定位孔(5)。
