Abstract

一种血管取栓导管,空心的球囊管一端固定可充起的球囊,球囊管的另一端由软塞封住,球囊管一侧的弧形槽内有血液回流管,回流管的一端在球囊下部现出端孔,其另一端在柄管部由软塞封住。回流管的端部或管内有瓣膜阀为压力型取栓导管。本导管能明确栓塞的正确部位,避免操作的盲目性。

Description

血管取栓导管
本实用新型涉及医疗器械。
血管栓塞的治疗采用溶栓、被动聚及取栓等联合治疗,其治疗费用昂贵,但疗效不一,其中以取栓后配合溶栓、祛聚治疗效果最好。导管取栓操作是当导管注入液体时球囊充盈阻塞血管,向远端牵拉取出栓子,缺点是操作盲目性大,不能正确判断栓子部位,盲目多次牵拉使血管内膜受到严重损伤,操作范围广、面积大、恢复时间长,取栓再通后血管内膜因损伤容易造成继发性血栓形成,再次发生血管栓塞,导致手术失败。手术的失败常常伴有一侧肢体或器官的坏死而截肢器官切除,给病人造成严重的心理和身体上的痛苦,增加了过多的经济负担,同时残疾也为社会增添了负担,并且病情严重者可因坏死物质和毒素进入血液,导致多脏器功能衰竭而死亡。基层医院使用的自制取栓器械,因创伤大,并发症多,临床疗效更差,不宜在临床上使用。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能明确血栓正确部位的血管取栓导管。
本实用新型的目的通过以下措施实现,血管取栓导管的空心的球囊管(1)一端套装可充起的球囊(2),球囊管(1)的另一端在柄管部由软塞(4)封住,所述的球囊管(1)一侧的弧形槽内一体连接血液回流管(3),血液回流管一端在球囊下部槽内现出端孔,其另一端在柄管部由软塞(5)封住。
球囊下部槽内的血液回流管(3)端部有瓣膜阀(6)。
瓣膜阀6接在血液回流管3内。
本血管取栓导管由两种类型即单纯型和装有瓣膜阀的压力型组成,均由球囊部和判断部两部分构成。球囊部位于导管顶端,当注入液体时球囊充盈扩张阻断血管,向外牵拉取出血栓。血管取栓导管因判断部不同而分型,血管取栓导管(如图1)在球囊部近端槽内有血液回流管,作用是当导管伸入超出血栓时,即有血液流出或喷射,明确取栓部位后取下软塞(4),通过球囊管(1)向球囊注入液体而充大,以取出血栓,同时亦可向血栓注入溶栓及抗凝等药物,使栓子更易取出,减少血管内膜损伤,预防取栓术后血栓再次形成。压力型血管取栓导管(如图2)判断部是球囊部位近端的管腔顶部或管腔中有一瓣膜阀,根据动、静脉正常压力的不同设计而成,当导管伸入超出血栓后,瓣膜结构因血管内血流压力而开启,即管腔内有血液流出,以此判断取栓部位,同时亦可向血栓注入药物,使其更易取出,减少操作,增加了手术成功率。
本取栓导管避免了取栓操作的盲目性,能明确血栓正确位置,减少了对血管内膜的损伤。

参照图1和图3为本实用新型的一个实施例,血管取栓导管的空心的球囊管(1)一端套装可充起的球囊(2),球囊管(1)的另一端在柄管部由软塞(4)封住,所述的球囊管(1)一侧的弧形槽内一体连接血液回流管(3),回流管一端在球囊下部槽内现出端孔,其另一端在柄管部由软塞(5)封住。

1、一种血管取栓导管,其特征是空心的球囊管(1)一端套装可充起的球囊(2),球囊管(1)的另一端在柄管部由软塞(4)封住,所述的球囊管(1)一侧的弧形槽内一体连接血液回流管(3),血液回流管一端在球囊下部槽内现出端孔,其另一端在柄管部由软塞(5)封住。
2、根据权利要求1所述的血管取栓导管,其特征是球囊下部槽内的血液回流管(3)端部有瓣膜阀(6)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的血管取栓导管,其特征是瓣膜阀6接在血液回流管3内。
