Abstract
一种鞋中底，内部沿外环面形成一封闭环状的区隔线，该区隔线以内以弹性材质构成一个弹性区，而区隔线以外则形成一个轻质区，该轻质区底部一体形成有薄底部，该薄底部披覆区隔线与外界隔绝，并与弹性区结合形成完整的中底，具有可防止剥离、浸水，以及节省材料降低不良率的优点。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种鞋中底，特别是涉及具有轻质区及弹性区且可达到节省材料、不浸水目的的鞋中底。
如图1所示是台湾专利第八二二一0 0七四号鞋中底的构造，该中底10是以两种不同材质制成，在该中底10的外环面内侧一段距离处形成一封闭环状的区隔线11，该区隔线11以内的范围可以PU(polyurethane，聚氨基甲酸酯、聚氨酯)发泡材质形成一个弹性区12，而该区隔线11以外则以EVA(ethylene-vinyl acetate，乙烯乙酸以烯酯)发泡材质形成一个轻质区13，所以该中底10具有美观、质轻的轻质区13以及弹性佳、压缩回复力强的弹性区12，可以用在多种不同的鞋具。
但是，该中底10在制造时，必需将该中底10中间裁剪成中空，才能方便容装该弹性区12，因此，该中底10剪切后的材料无法再利用，造成材料的浪费，且裁剪后所形成的区隔线11必需与该弹性区12外缘形状相吻合，所以裁切的精度必须精确，才可作到紧密无缝的接合，因此裁切精度要求较高，否则裁切后，该弹性区12与轻质区13无法密切接合时，容易在接合边缘产生空隙，使得中底10内部浸水或使该弹性区12剥离。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种鞋中底，可隔绝区隔线与外界接触，且不需裁剪中底，可达到节省材料、不浸水的目的。
本实用新型的鞋中底，主要是在内部沿外环面形成一封闭环状的区隔线，该区隔线以内以弹性材料构成一个弹性区，而该区隔线以外则形成一个轻质区，其特征在于：
该轻质区底部一体形成有一个具厚度的薄底部，该薄底部可披覆该区隔线与外界隔绝，并与弹性区结合形成完整的中底，因此具有可防止剥离、浸水，以及节省材料降低不良率的优点。
所以，如图4所示，本实用新型的鞋中底20不但具有前述弹性区22与轻质区23的优点，且由于该薄底部231隔绝弹性区22与外界的接触，使得该弹性区22与轻质区23接合时产生空隙，且也不会有外界渗水进入该空隙内，可保持鞋内干燥，另外，该薄底部231与该轻质区23是一体成型，在制作时不需裁剪中底20的底部，因此不会产生材料的浪费，可节省材料成本，且制程不需很高的精确度，所以制造快速。
下面通过最佳实施例及附图对本实用新型的鞋中底进行详细说明，附图中：

如图2、3所示，本实用新型的鞋中底包括一个中底20，在该中底20内部沿着外环面的形状形成一个呈封闭环状的区隔线21，该区隔线21以内以具有适当弹性的材料制成一个弹性区22，在本实施例中是以PU(polyurethane，聚氨基甲酸酯、聚氨酯)塑料发泡材料所制成，而在该区隔线21以外则形成一个轻质区23，该轻质区23是以EVA(ethylene-vinyl acetate，乙烯乙酸以烯酯)塑料发泡材料制成，其特征在于：
如图4所示，该轻质区23底部一体形成有一定厚度的一个薄底部231，该弹性区22底面可以整面容置在该薄底部231的顶面处，使该薄底部231可披覆该区隔线21并使其与外界隔绝，且与该弹性区22结合形成完整的中底20。
本实施例中底20可以采用以下方式制成。
将EVA(ethylene-vinyl acetate，乙烯乙酸以烯酯)发泡塑料的塑料片裁断成预定形状并加以研磨，再将PU(polyurethane，聚氨基甲酸酯、聚氨酯)发泡塑料的弹性体底面上胶，贴合固定在EVA(ethylene-vinyl acetate，乙烯乙酸以烯酯)塑料片上，形成上面小下面大二层的胚体，再将结合后的胚体置入中底模具内，以上、下模合模后再加压加热，就可成型出中底。

1、一种鞋中底，在中底内部沿其外环面，形成一封闭环状的区隔线，该区隔线以内以具弹性的材料形成一个弹性区，该区隔线以外则形成一个轻质区，其特征在于：
该轻质区底部一体形成有具厚度的薄底部，该薄底部披覆该区隔线与外界隔绝，并与该弹性区结合。
