多功能斜视钩
本实用新型属于纠正斜视的器械技术领域。
目前斜视纠正手术中使用的斜视钩功能单一，在找出眼肌时须先用斜视钩分离肌肉，然后用圆规、量尺测出手术需要的肌肉长度，做出标记，再行手术，不仅操作复杂，手术时间长，增加病人痛苦，而且测量肌肉不够准确，影响手术成功率，且在操作时易给眼球造成不必要的损伤。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种操作方便、肌肉测量准确的多功能斜视钩，从而提高手术质量，减轻病人痛苦。
本实用新型是对现有斜视钩的改进，它具有手柄和固定在手柄前端的拉钩，其结构特点在于拉钩的一侧有安装在手柄上的前端带有刻度的活动标尺。
本实用新型具有以下优点：一是术者操作方便，无需助手，视野暴露好，节约手术时间，减轻病人痛苦；二是术中肌肉测量准确，提高了手术成功率；三是术中损伤眼球的机会大大减少，提高了手术质量。

在附图给出的实施例中，本实用新型的手柄1的前端通过螺纹连接有拉钩2。手柄1前段为圆柱形，其上带有通孔，手柄中后段截面形状为球缺形，其上带有纵向的半圆形凹槽，活动标尺3安装在上述的通孔和凹槽内，其截面形状为半圆形的前端的平面上带有刻度4。手术中，当用拉钩2分离出肌肉时，把活动标尺3前推，通过其前端的刻度4可直观精确地测量出手术中所缩短或后退肌肉的长度，待手术完成时，把活动标尺3退回原处。

  1. 一种多功能斜视钩，包括手柄(1)和固定在手柄(1)前端的拉钩(2)，其特征是在拉钩(2)的一侧有安装在手柄(1)上的前端带有刻度(4)的活动标尺(3)。
