Abstract

本实用新型属于建筑领域中的一种防水隔热装饰复合板，它由掺合一定比例增强阻水剂的混凝土和防水隔热装饰复合材料组成，其形状类似架空隔热板，板的上面或中间根据工程需要敷有或夹有防水、隔热等材料。本实用新型结构简单，造价较低，适应性强，经久耐用。

防水隔热装饰复合板
本实用新型涉及建筑领域中的一种防水隔热装饰复合板。
现在屋面防水、地下防水、防潮分别采用油膏、油毡、防水粉或沥青等防水材料。其施工工艺烦琐复杂、工程造价高，防水、防潮效果差，使用寿命短，且施工存在着受天气好坏等条件的限制。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种新型的防水隔热装饰复合板，它只要通过防水隔热装饰复合板这一层就可以实现找平、防水、隔热、装饰之目的，且要求施工容易，防水隔热装饰效果好。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：防水隔热装饰复合板的形状类似架空隔热板，为正方体或长方体，基板的四周上面留有缺口，缺口可为直角形、圆形、斜形、槽形和其它形状的缺口。
此外，本实用新型还可具有如下特点：A：基板的四周(含缺口)注有防水弹性密封膏；B：板的上面可视工程需要，敷有防水材料层、隔热材料层、装饰材料层这三种材料层中的任何一种或其相互组合形式，如放在屋顶隔水隔热，可只要防水层、隔热层；C：板的中间可夹有防水材料层、隔热材料层两者之一或其组合形式；D：板与板的拼缝的上部可设有装饰条；E：板可以做成带矮脚的正方体或长方体。
本实用新型的优点在于：结构简单，为简单长方体或正方体；经久耐用，其使用寿命约30年；施工方便，雨后马上就可施工，不需等待屋面干燥；使用范围广，各种工民用建筑均可使用。

下面结合本实施例附图予以进一步说明：
用250号混凝土掺0.5％ 801地板胶，倒入基板模内，规格为500×500×25(mm3)，干后脱模，制得基板[1]，基板四周上面有缺口[11]，每条缺口为12×12×500(mm3)，如图2所示。若用户或工程要求制作防水隔热装饰复合板，先在基材上分别敷上防水油膏、石棉粉等，构成防水材料层[2]、隔热材料层[3]，再将基板放入模内，基板四周[含缺口]灌上油膏，最后表面上色，即彩色装饰层[4]，使之成为产品，如图1所示。
另用250号混凝土制成40×25×500(mm3)的装饰条[6]，干后备用。装饰条[6]还可用玻璃划制。
防水隔热板还可做成另一种形式，即将防水、隔热材料层一同浇注在基板[1]的中部，并取消板上面的防水材料层[2]、隔热层材料层[3]、装饰层[4]。
为施工安装方便，还可将板做成带矮脚[7]的正方体或长方体，即基板[1]的下面四角连有四个矮脚[7]。如图4、5所示。
施工时，将复合板拼拢，使拼缝处油膏熔化，抽出铁板，趁热靠拢即可，再在拼缝上压上装饰条[6]，安装十分方便。若为降低工程造价，还可直接用基板和油膏施工，先拼拢基板，再熔化油膏填补拼缝、缺口即可。拼装效果如图3、6、7所示。
基板[1]还可用玻璃纤维板、石棉板、塑料板等材料代替混凝土。

1、一种防水隔热装饰复合板，其形状类似架空隔热板，为正方体或长方体，其特征在于基板[1]的四周上面留有缺口[11]。
2、根据权利要求1所述的板，其特征在于基板[1]的四周(含缺口)注有防水密封膏(5)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的板，其特征在于基板(1)的上面可视工程需要，敷有防水材料层(2)、隔热材料层(3)、装饰材料层(4)这三种材料层中的任何一种或其相互组合形式。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的板，其特征在于基板(1)的中间可夹有防水材料层(2)、隔热材料层(3)两者之一或其组合形式。
5、根据权利要求1或2所述的板，其特征在于板与板的拼缝的上部可设有装饰条(6)。
6、根据权利要求1所述的板，其特征在于基板(1)可以做成带矮脚(7)的正方体或长方体。
