Abstract

一种弹簧簧圈的水平式端部结构,其是在弹簧端部的线材上设有二个弯折处,并先向外端部弯出,再向反向弯回,使其最后的簧圈有足够的空间形成完全水平状的簧圈。由于弯部可一次成型降低了制造成本。

弹簧簧圈的水平式端部结构
本实用新型涉及一种有关弹簧簧圈的水平式端部结构。
习用的簧圈式弹簧的端部,如图1所示,其线材是以螺旋路径成型,因此端部并非圈绕成一平面,即使在弹簧成型时,使其端部呈水平式圈绕结构,但其受制于前一回圈的线材限制,端部也无法呈现完全水平型态结构,而在竖立时易于歪斜、倾倒(如图2所示),对于若干需要在水平端面安装弹簧的场合时,使安装后的接触面积大,更为稳固,不易歪斜变形,如两伞伞骨中的伸缩弹簧,制造商只得以人工逐一将弹簧安放于磨盘上加工,将弹簧端部磨平。
由于目前弹簧自动化生产,每枚的成本均已甚低,如再加上上述研磨程序,其过高的成本全无市场竞争力。
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术的缺陷,而提供一种弹簧簧圈的水平式端部结构,使其能平稳竖立,降低生产制造成本。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,弹簧簧圈的水平式端部结构,其弹簧端部线材上设有两个弯折处,一弯折向端部外部弯出,另一弯折向端部内部弯进,使最后簧圈有足够空间以形成完全水平状簧圈,
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和积极效果。其弯折可一次成型,不用研磨,降低了制造成本,而且由于端部采用两次弯折,使最后的簧圈有足够空间可形成完全水平状,其端部平整且可平稳竖立。
本实用新型的具体结构由以下实施例及其附图详细给出。

图1及图2为习用品,已于前所述,在此不再赘述。
如图3所示,本实用新型是采用簧圈式的弹簧1在其接近两端的端部簧圈11、12的线材上各设有二个弯折处111、112及121、122,其中线材是先向外端部弯出,再向反向弯回,亦即,弯折处111、121是向外端弯出,而弯折处112、122再向反向弯回。
实施时,如图4所示,由于二个弯折处111、112和121、122使其端部簧圈11、12有足够空间可形成完全水平状,故可平直竖立、被安装,而不倾倒、歪斜。
