本实用新型涉及一种波形瓦滴水。
波形瓦是古今建筑硫璃瓦系列产品的一种,是陶瓷产品的传统品种,其瓦体古朴凝重,釉色纯朴,富有浓厚的民族风格,但美中不足的是自古至今其瓦体滴水的弯角都是采用手工泥浆有缝粘接,其方法的工作效率低,成品的粘接牢度差,外观粗糙,在建筑物上装饰使用后,受雨打日晒,冰冻气候的影响,极易造成弯角的自行脱落,不仅影响建筑物的外表美观,而且还会造成人员伤害。
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的上述不足,从而提供一种连接牢度强,外形美观大方的波形瓦滴水。
本实用新型包括主瓦片和弯角,主瓦片和弯角间为无缝整体连接结构。

如图所示,本实用新型包括主瓦片1和弯角2,主瓦片1和弯角2间为无缝整体连接结构。制作时,先将优质陶土研磨成粉,细度为80-120目,通过加水造粒成为颗粒状,再采用钢模冲压成型,经过上釉和素釉烧而成为陶质产品。
本实用新型具有外观造型棱角明显,花纹清晰,色泽均匀,吸水率低,抗折强度高,抗冷冻性能好的优点,是高雅古建,高级宾馆,别墅和园标艺术的理想建材用料。
