本实用新型为旋通式动气流封油式橡胶油封,是广泛适用于各类机械回转型动轴的密封件。它的特点是设有内外界空气相通静态时可密封局部液体介质位差压力渗漏的结构。本实用新型的优点是适用于线速度大,密封副温升高的场合,并具有密封性强,可靠耐久性好等优点。

本实用新型属密封技术类
目前各种机床、汽车、空气压缩机、拖拉机和发动机等机械产品的回转动轴密封,一般均采用橡胶油封。
现今普通橡胶油封性能欠佳,整体式螺旋油封性能虽优于普通油封,但仍未最佳。
本实用新型的目的,用橡胶为基体,利用基体上设有的螺旋与回转动轴转动之间相对运动,产生由外向内的定向流动气流动力封住由内向外的液体介质的渗漏。适用于静态时回转动轴局浸没在液体介质中或工作时飞溅润滑较多,线速度大,密封部位工作温升高的场合。

图中1为回转动轴,2为橡胶基体,3为全螺纹段,4后螺旋段,5为防尘进气唇口,6为进气间隙,7为螺旋间隙,8为卡簧。
本实用新型在当回转动轴[1]工作旋转时,回转动轴[1]与全螺纹段[3]和后螺旋段[4]之间产生了向内的泵压效应,向内的泵压效应将外界空气,通过防尘进气唇口[5]与回转动轴[1]之间的进气间隙[6]产生由外向内的定向气流。定向气流流动的风冷作用能有效地降低回转动轴[1]与全螺纹段[3]摩擦副之间的工作温升。而原本可能存在的内部液体介质向外渗漏倾向,将会由于液体介质的粘滞性,将进一步加大全螺纹段[3]与后螺旋段[4]的泵压效应,使定向气流趋向同步增大,密封性能更为提高,后螺旋段[4]与回转动员[1]之间的螺旋间隙[7],可使后螺旋段[4]无磨损,以保证工作可靠性与寿命。当静态时,回转动轴[1]局部浸没在液体介质中,由于全螺纹段[3]的作用,能阻挡液体介质静态时向外界流淌与渗漏。
本实用新型的特点是利用设在橡胶油封上螺旋装置泵压空气定向流动实现密封,且内外界是相通的。并且全螺纹实现静态时,对液体介质部分位差压力的密封。
本实用新型与已有技术相比,具有结构紧凑合理,密封性强,可靠耐久性好,适用于线速度大,密封部位工作温升高的场合。
