Description
本实用新型属于传动装置中一种齿轮的通用结构。
目前使用的齿轮轮齿的齿廓端面较宽，轴向插合配对不易找准位置，费时费力
本实用新型目的是用齿廓端为劈形轮齿使轴向插合容易。其与CN2058706U：合成树脂制圆柱齿轮不同的是轮齿齿廓端均为劈形
本实用新型目的由以下方法实现，需要轴向插配齿轮时，只要两齿轮相对轮齿齿廓端劈的棱不重合相踫(棱相碰的机会远小于原齿廓端面较宽时端面相碰的机会，即使相碰，略动一下，也可错开)使劈的侧面相对碰，随着轴向推进，两轮齿侧面相互推动对方齿轮转动以校正轮齿与齿槽正确啮合位置，相互“楔入”对方齿槽内正确啮合
本实用新型优点是齿廓端为劈形的轮齿插配时易于轴向“楔入”对方齿槽内

附图为本实用新型结构示意图：在不影响齿轮6齿槽7的啮合面1正常啮合传动前提下在轮齿5的齿廓2处有由两相交侧面3及棱4构成的劈与轮齿5构成一体。

1.易于轴向插配啮合齿轮，其特征是，在轮齿齿廓端有两相交面及棱构成的劈与轮齿构成一体。
