Abstract

一种简易型插座,由座盖、座体、开口金属环和两端封闭弹性塑胶管组成,座体有内、外边框,内、外边框之间形成两道对称的平行和喇叭形U形槽,槽内植入带开口金属环的塑胶管,座盖上有3脚插孔和2脚插孔。其特点:一是构造简单,导电片不用螺钉螺孔连接,制造安装容易;二是靠塑料管弹性变形来保证插座金属环与插头金属片紧接触,工作可靠,使用寿命长。

简易型插座
本实用新型涉及电源插座新品种。
已有电源插座存在如下弊端:一是靠座里的紫铜片本身的弹性来实现与插头金属片的接触,但用了一段时间后,紫铜片的弹性会减弱或失弃,就会与插头金属片接触不良或不接触,无法正常通电工作不可靠,使用寿命短;二是构造紧琐复杂,每只铜片都要用一颗螺钉固定,螺钉、螺孔太多,难制造,成本高。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种构造简单、工作可靠、使用寿命长的简易型插座。
本实用新型是采用下列方式来达到目的的:在插座座体上设置两道对称的U型槽,平行U形槽为2孔插座,喇叭形U形槽为3孔插座,槽内安有弹性耐高温的两端口封闭软质塑胶管,在塑胶管外安有开口金属环,插座盖插孔对正金属环与槽边接触处,当插头插进时,金属环便与插头金属片接触,并靠有弹性塑胶管压紧,金属环焊有与外线连接的接线。
本实用新型特点:一是构造简单,导电片不用螺钉螺孔连接,制造安装容易;二是靠塑料管弹性变形来保证插座金属环与插头金属片紧接触,工作可靠,使用寿命长。

参照图1-2,本插座由座盖(1)、座体(2)、开口金属环(3)和弹性塑胶管(4)组成,座体(2)上有外边框(5)和内边框(6),内、外边框之间形成2道对称的平行和喇叭形U形槽(7),槽内安两端口封闭的弹性塑胶管(4),塑胶管(4)外安开口金属环(3),导线把一侧的多只开口金属环(3)串接后接外线,外线在端部U形槽内有一线结(10),座盖(1)上有3脚插孔(8)和2脚插孔(9),插孔对正开口金属环(3)与内边框(6)接缝。
