本实用新型涉及一种大流量双吸泵。其主要特点是在上吸组叶轮导壳和下吸组导壳间装有一双吸叶轮,该双吸叶轮固装在传动轴上,并直通出水流道。本实用新型泵效率高,水激损失小,结构紧凑,安装方便。

大流量双吸泵
本实用新型涉及大流量潜水泵,尤其是一种双吸泵。
国内所使用的大流量泵,一般为双吸形式,即利用上进水口和下进水口分别通过两组叶轮导壳吸水而增大出水量。但目前的双吸泵,两组叶轮导壳间加一反水盘。水由叶轮和导壳抽上来之后先冲击反水盘,再汇合至出水流道。其缺点是水激损失很大,造成效率低,浪费电力能源。
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术之不足而提供一种结构简单,水激损失小,抽水效率高的大流量双吸泵。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:
在上吸组叶轮导壳和下吸组叶轮导壳之间装有一双吸叶轮,该双吸叶轮固装在传动轴上,并直通出水流道。
本实用新型的优点和积极效果是:
(1)取消反水盘,加装双吸叶轮,水激损失很小;
(2)双吸叶轮可起到抽水作用,等于加装一级叶轮;
(3)结构紧凑,安装方便,效率高。

下面结合附图对本实用新型实施例做进一步详述:
叶轮6和导壳7构成抽吸的最基本组件。叶轮和导壳均装在传动轴5上,且叶轮通过键固装在传动轴上(附图中键未表示),电机13位于整个泵的下部并通过联轴器11带动传动轴旋转。上吸组叶轮导壳16在本实施例中为2级,下吸组叶轮导壳17在本实施例中也为2级。上、下吸组叶轮导壳相对布置,且在其间加装有一双吸叶轮9。如图2所示,该双吸叶轮通过键19固装在传动轴上,且在双吸叶轮与传动轴之间有轴套18。该双吸叶轮直接连通出水流道3。本实用新型中上、下吸组叶轮导壳根据所需流量大小及电机功率大小可以配制3级以上结构,上吸组壳体8、下吸组壳体10及吸水节壳体4通过连接螺栓15予以固定。本实用新型工作原理是这样的:水从上吸水口14和下吸水口12进入上吸组叶轮道壳和下吸组叶轮导壳,在叶轮导壳抽吸导向作用下到达双吸叶轮,由于双吸叶轮与上、下吸组叶轮同步旋转,因此水激损失很小,而且双吸叶轮的抽吸也增加了泵的抽水效率,对本实施例可以达到3级泵的效果。水从与双吸叶轮直通的出水流道向上泵送,冲开出水节1上的阀瓣2,向上泵水。整个结构十分紧凑和流畅,泵送效果好,效率高,而且双吸时水激损失很小。对于目前所使用的同等流量的双吸泵,可以选配功率小的电机达到节电效果。

Claims (1)

1.一种大流量双吸泵,由潜水电机、出水节、上吸组叶轮导壳、下吸组叶轮导壳、双吸叶轮、传动轴、连接螺栓构成,上、下吸组叶轮导壳相对布置共同装在传动轴上,并用连接螺栓予以紧固,其特征在于:在上吸组叶轮导壳和下吸组叶轮导壳之间装有一双吸叶轮,该双吸叶轮固装在传动轴上,并直通出水流道。
