Abstract

本负离子发生器,电源为~220V,由电阻R1,R2变压器T的初级L1,电容C及二极管D1组成的振荡器,再经L2升压,电阻R3限流,D2整流的一个负高压发生器,再经放电针使空气电离而产生负离子。由于R1的限流及小容量电容C,故本实用新型功耗小(< 1W),且电源内阻很大,再经电阻R3限流,故人体可以接触,比较安全,负高压也可连续短路。

负离子发生器
本实用新型涉及一种负离子发生器电路。
目前现有技术中,发生器多用低压直流12V供电,功耗10W左右,输出高压不允许短路,对人体也不够安全,且电路较复杂。
本实用新型的任务是提供一种电路简单,负离子浓度高,膏放电针30cm处浓度>5×106(上海金山电子仪器厂生产SD-8003型大气离子浓度测量仪)。电路简单,成本低,市电220V供电(电压范围宽150V-300V),功耗低(<1W),输出负高压>10KV,对人体较安全,(可根据需要,人体可以接触输出高压),且可连续短路。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:利用图中电阻R1,R2,电容C,变压器T的初级L1,二极管D1及单向可控硅SCR组成的高压振荡器,再经变压器T的次级线圈L2升压(>10KV)R3限流,D2整流,输出负高压接放电针Z以产生负离子。
该电路中由于R1限流,放功耗小且不怕短路,又由于该电路内阻很大,又有R3限流,故人体可以接触,且较安全。
图1是本实用新型的电原理图,图中电阻R1,变压器T的初级L1,电容C及二极管D1相串连,电阻R2接D1负端,R2另一端接单向可控硅SCR的触发极G,SCR的阴极K,阳极A分别与D1正端和R1另一端相连,组成高压振荡器。当图中A端为正半周时(SCR不通),电容C通过L1,D1充电,当B端为正半周时(D1不通),电容c通过L1及ScR放电,此过程重复进行,则L1两端产生一交变电势,再经L2升压(至>10KV)后,电阻R3限流,D2整流,接放电针Z以产生负离子。
在该电路一个典型实施例中,电阻R1,R2,R3分别为20KΩ,1mΩ,3mΩ,电容C1为0.1μ,D1为1N4007,D2为18KV/1mA,SCR为1A/600V单向可控硅,变压器T的圈数比为1∶150。

Claims (1)

1.一个高压振荡器再经升压组成的负离子发生器电路,其特征在于:(1)电阻R1变压器T的初级L1,电容C,二极管D1正级依次串连,电阻R2一端接D1负极,另一端接单向可控硅SCR的控制极G,SCR的阳极及阴极K分别与R1一端及D1正极相接;(2)变压器T的次级L2,电阻R1,D3放电针Z依次相连组成的负离子发生器。
