Abstract

一种益智组合杯，尤指一种在内中空圆筒型本体的外壁面形成可供嵌接多个小滑块及大片状滑动片的组合式构造，使本体的外壁面形成如益智拼盘般的形式，且本体可直接做为茶杯、笔筒或钱筒使用，是一种兼具实用性、装饰性及益智效果的物品。

益智组合杯
本实用新型涉及一种益智组合杯，该组合杯是一种不仅可作为茶杯、笔筒或钱筒之用，而且更可在其外壁面嵌装多个小滑块、大片状滑动片等构造，以使本体外壁面形成可供拼盘益智游乐用的组合杯。
目前随工商业的发展，适当的娱乐为现今人们不可缺少的生活调剂，而由于都市生活空间狭小，如电子游戏机健身器、按摩器、益智组合杯益智拼图、益智拼盘或益智玩具等，均可提供人们适当放松心情并打发时间，有其实际效益或存在价值，而针对现今益智拼盘而论，其型态上受限于其使用型态，故呈现一种极为呆板的平面型式，并以矩形外壳形成其可供内部小块体滑动的空间，但是这种已有型式的拼盘在实际使用上，即显得过于呆板且不具变化性，更无法提供额外的功效，故在现今追求物品多功能的状况下，应予以适当变化。
本实用新型的目的在于提出一种益智组合杯，主要是使拼盘呈现出一种依附于圆筒形杯体的型态，不仅可使其表现型态上较具趣味性及立体化，而且该杯体还可作为茶杯、钱筒或笔筒使用，兼具实用性，且放置在适当位置，也有其装饰价值，是一具有多样化实用性的益智拼图杯。
本实用新型的技术方案在于提供一种益智组合杯，其特征在于：该组合杯包含：
一杯体，该杯体为一内中空体，在杯体上段形成一凸环面，位于凸环面的底缘形成有连续的凸环，杯体近底面的外缘形成有数个L型扣合孔，
一底套环，其可套合于杯体底部外围位置，其顶面形成有凹环槽，其内直壁面形成有对应于前述扣合孔的数个扣块，可经底套环套入杯体并旋转一角度使两者结合，
数个滑动片，该滑动片为弧形的大片状型体，其四个边分别为顶凹沟、侧凹沟、侧凸边及底凸边，而可套合于该杯体与底套环之间，
多个小滑块，该小滑块四边分别为顶凹沟、侧凹沟、侧凸边及底凸边，而可在其上、下、左、右方向套合其他小滑块构成一弧形平面，并组合在相邻两滑动片间的区域上。
前述的益智组合杯，其中，杯体与滑动片上分别形成可对应套合的纵长凹槽及纵长凸条，使滑动片定位。
前述的益智组合杯，其中，该滑动片可设置有外伸握把。
前述的益智组合杯，其中，该各个小滑块表面可设置为不同数字、图形、乘法表或不同颜色。或涂上不同数字，图形，乘法表或颜色的涂层。
本实用新型以杯体的构造予以巧妙地活动组合底套环大片状滑动片及多个小滑块等构造，以形成一种不仅兼具杯体供容置物品的功能，而且更提供拼盘游戏及由拼图增加杯体的装饰性及实用性。
以下结合附图以实施例来进一步说明本实用新型提出的智益组合杯的具体结构特征及目的。其中，
图1是本实用新型提出的智益组合杯的立体分解图。
图2是本实用新型提出的智益组合杯的组合外观图。
图3是本实用新型提出的智益组合杯的组合剖面图。
图4是本实用新型提出的智益组合杯的实施例图。
如图1所示，本实用新型提出的智益组合杯以一圆筒状内中空杯体10经活动组合数个弧形大片状滑动片30及多个小滑块40于外壁面位置并在杯底活动嵌套结合一套环20组合而成其中，该杯体10上段为较大外径的外凸环100，外凸环100底缘即形成一圈状的凸环12，而在杯体10外凸环100下方的外环面11即提供前述滑动片30及各个小滑块40置入的空间及提供其活动的区域，在杯体10的近底面的外围即形成数个L型扣合孔13，而可供一内侧形成有扣块22的底套环20置入，并经旋转该底套环20而使该底套环20固定在杯体10底部位置，在该底套环20的顶面即形成一凹环槽21，与杯体10相互组合后，即与杯体10外凸环100下方的凸环12对应形成一凹凸嵌合区，而可在该区域内活动组合前述各滑动片30及各小滑块40，此外，在杯体10两侧还形成可供滑动片30套合定位的纵向凹槽14。
该大片状的滑动片30的顶面、侧面及底面分别形成顶凹沟31、侧凹沟32、侧凸边33及底凸边34与位在滑动片30内面中央的纵长凸条35等，而可由顶凹沟31及底凸边34与纵长凸条35分别嵌套结合于前述杯体10的凸环12、底套环20的凹环槽21与杯体10的凹槽14内，以使滑动片30呈嵌合定位状态，在杯体10其他未被滑动片30占用的区域，则可供依序置入呈小弧形弯曲的多个小滑块40进入，各个小滑块40也为相同于前述滑动片30具有顶凹沟41、侧凹沟42侧凸边43及底凸边44等嵌接构造，可叠接形成如一拼盘般的砖块型式。
而在前述图1的实施型态中，由于使用两片滑动片30，并分别置于杯体10两侧位置，故形成前、后两可供小滑块40拼图的区域，经前述构造组合后，形成如图2的外观型态，即在前、后两拼图区域分别预留一缺口50以供移动小滑块40达到拼盘的益智用途，人们可直接在杯体10的壁面进行拼盘游乐，由此图面观之，即将传统平面式拼盘转变为一种依附于杯体10的立体型态，不仅使拼盘娱乐更具吸引使用者注意的效果外，也有装饰杯体呈现与众不同的视觉感受，而可做为桌上装饰、笔筒、钱筒等之用。
而前述杯体10与各小滑块40与底套环20间的凹凸嵌合型态为如图3所示，其相互间以凹凸套合而成，并使各小滑块40可在该凹凸的区域自由活动，此外，可将该供活动组合的滑动片30改变为如图4具握把301的型式，则可将其转变为一茶杯的型态，再者，该各个小滑块40也可设置为具数字、图形或设置为乘法表及不同颜色层，也使其拼图游戏用于教学用途。当然该等不同的数字，图形乘法表也可嵌装在小滑块中，小滑块也可整体具有不同颜色。

Claims (3)

1.一种益智组合杯，其特征在于：该组合杯包含：
一杯体，该杯体为一内中空体，在杯体上段形成一凸环面，位于凸环面的底缘形成有连续的凸环，杯体近底面的外缘形成有数个L型扣合孔，
一底套环，其可套合于杯体底部外围位置，其顶面形成有凹环槽，其内直壁面形成有对应于前述扣合孔的数个扣块，可经底套环套入杯体并旋转一角度使两者结合，
数个滑动片，该滑动片为弧形的大片状型体，其四个边分别为顶凹沟、侧凹沟、侧凸边及底凸边，而可套合于该杯体与底套环之间，
多个小滑块，该小滑块四边分别为顶凹沟、侧凹沟、侧凸边及底凸边，而可在其上、下、左、右方向套合其他小滑块构成一弧形平面，并组合在相邻两滑动片间的区域上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的益智组合杯，其特征在于杯体与滑动片上分别形成可对应套合的纵长凹槽及纵长凸条，使滑动片定位。
3.根据权利要求1所述的益智组合杯，其特征在于该滑动片可设置为具有外伸握把。
