Abstract

全方位定向风车属于一种风能动力装置。其主要特征是具有双层成对反向安装的、背面呈流线状的风叶和反向制动机构。在轴固定的情况下,能全方位受风,并使风叶始终保持定向旋转。这种装置可用于船舶尤其是渔船风车以及某些受空间限制的特殊场合的风车、家用风扇、活叶式两用螺旋桨,也可用于建筑物的装饰。

全方位定向风车
本实用新型属风能动力装置。
目前,卧轴式风车有两类,一类是轴固定单向受风,当风向相反时,其风叶则反向旋转,这种风车只用于少数场合,如玩具、装饰物;另一类轴不固定,可万向受风,但要有风向引导装置带动它的轴随风向改变位置,使受风面始终与风向垂直,才能保持风叶旋转方向不变。这种风车在实际应用时,还要有一套动力传递装置,结构较为复杂。由于风叶除了在垂直面上旋转外,还要随风向的改变绕垂直轴作水平转动,所以需要占用一个较大的球面空间。
本实用新型是为了简化结构,既能使风叶全方位受风,转向固定,又能减小占用空间而设计的。
本实用新型主要是采用双层成对反向安装的风叶和反向制动机构,风叶背面呈流线状,以减小风阻力。这种新颖结构可以保证在轴固定的情况下,既可使风叶绕水平轴在垂直面上作定向旋转,又可使风叶全方位受风。这样既可大大简化结构,又可避免风叶作水平转动,减小占据的空间。
本实用新型由以下几个部分组成:(1)——轴(2)——轴承(二个)(3)——回转轴(4)——风叶(六对)(5)——风轮(6)——反向制动轮(7)——反向制动簧片(8)——固定支架
轴(1)水平固定在支架(8)上,两个轴承(2)分别装在轴(1)与回转轴(3)之间的两端,六对风叶(4)成对反向固定在风轮(5)和回转轴(3)上,反向制动轮(6)与回转轴(3)联动,而反向制动簧片(7)固定在轴(1)上。
除轴承、反向制动轮、制动簧片和固定支架用金属制作外,其余零部件可用轻金属或硬塑料制作,安装简单方便。
本实用新型可与发电机配套组成风能发电机组,与传动机构配套组成其它风能动力装置,适用于船舶尤其是渔船,或者某些受空间限制的特殊场合。本实用新型的实施对于开发利用无污染能源——风能,保护环境,具有重要的意义。它的进一步开发,还可制成家用双面风扇和活叶式两用螺旋桨。此外,这种风车还可用作建筑装饰物。

1、一种全方位定向风车,由轴、轴承、回转轴、风叶、风轮、反向制动机构、固定支架组成,其特征是,轴水平固定在支架上,两个轴承分别安装在轴与回转轴之间的两端,带弧形齿的反向制动轮与回转轴联动,反向制动簧片一端固定在轴上,另一端压在制动轮上,风叶的背面呈流线状,六对风叶成对反向固定在风轮和回转轴之间。
