本实用新型提供了一种电容式安全充电器,其开关为分别接于电源两端的连动开关,采用电容C1分压,D1-D4桥式整流电路,经稳压管CW限电压、电容C2滤波后得到供电池E充电用直流电流,电容C1与释放电阻R1并联构成放电保护电路,D5、LED构成断电截止电路,与现有技术相比,该充电器具有安全、充电电流稳定、充电效率高等特点。

Description

电容式安全充电器
本实用新型涉及一种对镍镉电池充电用的充电器。
目前对镍镉电池充电的充电器大多采用变压器将220伏交流电源转变成低压后;经整流供给电池充电;这样充电器结构复杂、体积较大、成本高。中国专利申请CN2162026Y公开了一种“新型节能充电器”,该装置去除了变压器,采用电容分压整流电路,电源电压经分压电容分压后,经整流二极管后向充电电池提供半波脉动直流充电电流,这样只有电流的正半周被利用,效率较低,且其220伏交流电源的一端有开关,因此操作时不够安全。
本实用新型的目的是得到一种充电器,可充分利用交流电的正负半周,安全、快速地对电池充电。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型是这样实现的:
一种电容式安全充电器,其电源电压在开关K闭合后,经电容C1分压后,经整流电路、稳压管CW稳压后得到供给电池E充电的直流电流,开关K为分别接于电源两端的连动开关,整流电路为D1~D4整流桥。
分压电容C1与电阻R1并联。
稳压管CW出端接有二极管D5
稳压管CW与滤器电容C2并联。
下面结合附图详述本实用新型。
附图为本实用新型电容式安全充电器的电路原理图。
电源开关K为分别接于电源两端的连动开关,并可与电池盒连动,当电池盒打开时则自动切断电源,K闭合后,电源电压经C1分压、限流后,经D1~D4整流桥,得到直流电源,同时C1还与释放电阻R1并联,以防止充电器从电源上拔下后主电容存在的直流高压对人体安全造成威胁,直流电流经稳压管CW稳压、限压、以防止充电器内无电池时插上电池产生的直流电压过高损坏元件或产生不安全因素,然后经电容C2滤波,经D5、R3给电池E充电,LED为发光二极管与R2并联,D5、LED构成电源断电截止电路,以防止电源断电后电池放电。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型采用连动开关K,可保证安全,桥式整流电路可提高充电效率。

1.一种电容式安全充电器,其电源电压在开关K闭合后,经电容C1分压后,经整流电路、稳压管CW稳压后得到供给电池E充电的直流电流,其特征是:开关K为分别接于电源两端的连动开关,整流电路为D1~D4整流桥。
2.根据权利要求1所述的充电器,其特征是:所述的分压电容C1与电阻R1并联。
3.根据权利要求1所述的充电器,其特征是:所述的稳压管CW出端接有二级管D5
4.根据权利要求1所述的充电器,其特征是:所述的稳压管CW与滤波电容C2并联。
