酮苯脱蜡防静电滤布
本实用新型属于一种滤布,特别是一种防静电滤布。主要用于滤除油内所含的蜡成分,从而生产出低温流动性良好的润滑油料。
石化系统中各炼油厂均使用滤机滤除油内的腊成分。滤机上所需的滤布数量较大,现有的滤布均为棉滤布,由于棉滤布强度低,因此使用寿命短,需要频繁更换,影响生产。目前有的采用了化纤滤布,其目的是为了增加强度。众所周知化纤产品是高绝缘物质,极易产生静电,静电最为严重的危害是引起爆炸和火灾,存在极大的不安全因素。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种不产生静电的化纤滤布,以满足高强度无静电的需要。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:一种酮苯脱蜡防静电滤布,由化纤布组成,其特征在于:化纤布内还混纺有不锈钢纤维,所述的不锈钢纤维的间距为8~10mm。
所述的不锈钢纤维的直径可为6~12μm。
所述的化纤布可为涤纶长纤维材料。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有强度高,使用寿命长、提高生产效率、降低成本、无静电产生、安全可靠的优点。

如图1、2所示:2、3分别为化纤滤布的径向、纬向涤纶纤维,在纺织过程中,混纺有不锈钢纤维1,所述的不锈钢纤维的直径为8μm,间距为9mm,滤布的宽幅为1.2m,径向密度为208根/10cm,纬向密度为156根/10cm。

1、一种酮苯脱蜡防静电滤布,由化纤布组成,其特征在于:化纤布内还混纺有不锈钢纤维,所述的不锈钢纤维的间距为8~10mm。
2、根据权利要求1所述的酮苯脱蜡防静电滤布,其特征在于:所述的不锈钢纤维的直径为6~12μm。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的酮苯脱蜡防静电滤布,其特征在于:所述的化纤布为涤纶长纤维材料。
